Calamity in 1-A
is an Amphibia and My Hero Academia crossover, in which Anne and the Plantars end up in the world of the latter instead of her own Earth. After getting arrested for unlicensed Quirk usage fighting off Cloakbot, Anne is enrolled in UA to learn to control her new abilities.
This work contains examples of the following tropes:
- For Want Of A Nail: The main divergence is that instead of Anne's version of Earth, she, Hop Pop, Polly, and Sprig are sent to the MHA world.
- Jumped at the Call: Sprig, thinking that being a hero is cool (and to be with Anne), joins UA with her.
- Shout-Out: The first person with a visible Quirk that Anne and company meet on the MHA Earth looks like King.
- Trapped in Another World: Anne and the Plantars are stuck in the MHA world for the foreseeable future.
