- Take a drink whenever Cyan Screams Like a Little Girl. And no, you can't cheat by playing the Japanese dub instead.

- Take a small sip whenever a short cutscene interrupts the gameplay. If a scene has a tutorial attached to it, take an extra two sips.

- Take three drinks every time the Soul Cannon gets fired. This may help you cope with the loss. "Melt! That! LIVER!"
- For the second game specifically, take one drink if you had to use the Managarm to prevent the Soul Cannon from being fired.
- Drink every time Blutwurst hits you with the "Hell Breeze" attack, taking off a ton of your HP and afflicting at least one of the kids with depression.
