In a world where magic and fantastical creatures have returned, and humanity has been forced to get along with beings that they once counted as fairy tales and myths, a young woman named Ella is sent by her fairy godmother on a mission to uncover the source of tech mogul Jonathan Charming's sudden new source of FairyTech. Her role: to attend a lavish party where, according to rumor, Charming will be choosing the woman he is to marry, in order to avoid losing his inheritance.
However, in this new world of enchantment and illusion, nothing is as it seems, and before long Ella and Charming find themselves on the run from forces of dark magic who will stop at nothing to see them both dead.
