Zienia Merton (11 December 1945 - 14 September 2018) was a British actress. She was born in Burma and brought up in Singapore, Portugal and England. Her mother was Burmese and her father half French, half English.
Merton played a large number of guest roles in various TV series, but had rather few recurring parts. She is best known for playing Sandra Benes on Space: 1999. Being of mixed heritage, she played both European and Asian characters.
In 2005 she published her autobiography, Anecdotes & Armadillos, co-written with Robert E. Wood.
