Phoebe Harriet Dynevor (born 17 April 1995 in Trafford, Greater Manchester) is an English actress. She began her career as a child actress in the BBC series Waterloo Road and has since become known for her role in the Netflix period drama Bridgerton.
She is the daughter of Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor.
