Hiroya Oku (奥 浩哉, born 16 September 1967), is a seinen mangaka from Fukuoka, Japan.
Oku is best known nowadays for Speculative Fiction manga that feature lots of violence, sex, and nudity, but his debut work was actually the yaoi/yuri Romantic Comedy Hen, originally produced under the Pen Name Kuon Yahiro (久遠 矢広).
In addition to manga composition, he also designed the character Shura in Soulcalibur IV.
