    Haf-And-Haf
A thief who, after a freak chemical accident involving a tanker truck, caused half of his face to sag.
  • Facial Horror: Arguably the most grotesque design of most of Tracy's rogue's gallery, not helped by the fact that, unlike several other cases, we actually get a backstory to explain how his face became how it is.
    • When Haf-And-Haf returned in recent years, he was disfigured even further offscreen, turning him into a new villain, Splitface.
  • I Was Quite the Looker: Pre-accident he was actually a fairly handsome man. One of his arcs had his face briefly getting reconstructed to look like how he used to. It doesn't last long.
  • Retcon: When he was brought back in recent years, Haf-And-Haf's backstory was changed. Instead of being a tanker truck driver that got into the accident himself, he was an animal trainer for a circus that, during a police chase, crashed into the tanker truck and caused the accident that way.
  • Split Personality: As Splitface, he now talks to himself as three different personas: Tulza (his real name), Haf-And-Haf, and the new persona of Splitface.

    Mr. Bribery
A murderer, smuggler and head of a criminal organization.
  • The Corrupter: After his return, one of his goals was to do this with his neice Crystal, intending to mold her into the same type of criminal her mother (his sister) had been. Thankfully this doesn't come to pass.
  • Faking the Dead: Literal decades of real-world time after his supposed death (being pushed out of a helicopter all the way back in 1967), Bribery returned alive and well, with the reason being that it was a body double that had been shoved out of the helicopter instead.

    Spots
A forger and murderer with a floating array of spots in front of where his eyes should be.
  • Killed Mid-Sentence: Gets into a shootout by Tracy and is shot in the face mid-way through a taunt. Notably, he isn't shown to have actually died until the array of spots in front of his eyes fizzle out.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Murders his wife in cold blood when she gains a conscience and tries to back out of his plan. He goes on the run for a while after that but nothing goes right for him after this and it's only a matter of time before he himself is fatally shot by Tracy.
  • Non-Standard Character Design: Arguably one of the strangest villain designs in the strip's history. Spots has no visible eyes and instead has several spots floating in the air a few inches off his face instead.
