A white-haired Revenant who forms a connection with Hifumi as the entitled Persona Vein. Being a Persona-like familiar, she is the only one who's not reincarnated in modern times. Io that restored the abilities and memories of the Code Vein cast for helping the Phantom Thieves and allies against the Yami Matters.
- Rei Ayanami Expy: As always in her nature. She plays the mysterious girl to Sion (and Skyler) and Hifumi.
Louis Amamiya / "Engineer"
A young man who graduated from college with an engineering degree.
- The Leader: He's the leader of the Vein Remnants, and serving to be similar to Ren being the Phantom Thieves' leader.
- Official Couple: With both Makoto and Haru.
Mia Karnstein / "Stinger"
The shooter of the Vein Remnants. Mia has learn to befriend Morgana and becomes attracted to Shiho in modern times.
- Odd Friendship: With Morgana. Who would have thought it? A Revenant and a cat get along as friends.

Yakumo Shinonome / "Hound"
The loyal friend of the group who serve as a mercenary.

The rival of Skyler Jones.
- Expy: Portraying the role as a rival in modern times, and having a white dragon form with blue eyes, are we talking about Seto Kaiba?
- Official Couple: With Eva.
- Scaled Up: He can use an orb that becomes a white dragon named the Successor of the Drake.
Eva Roux
Jack's accomplice who is seen in modern times.
