Many of The Falsebound Kingdom's tunes are taken from Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories or Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses, which are awesome enough, but the original works are great too.
- SIC Domino Labs sets up the game's story with a very catchy tune.
- Tshugut is a waltz-like tune that's easy to get stuck in your head. Its night version is incredibly soothing, with a hint of eeriness.
- Vrauson is a frantic piano and synth tune that plays whenever there's a timed mission, really ramping up the need to move fast.
- Maryah Denn is a bouncy tune reminiscent of taking a leisurely walk. It's one of the easiest in-game songs to get stuck in your head, as well.
- Scott Irvine's theme is a chilling, mind-numbing piece that plays whenever he's up to no good.
- Dream World, played during the final stages of the game as the heroes explore the computer system. It's somewhere between soothing and haunting as you realize it's all or nothing.
