You know the music is good when even the player begins to rock out alongside the band members!

"Naktigonis' comment sections are the only place where Deepwoken players aren't always at each other's throats"
— Youtuber comment on Kyrie

What really makes Deepwoken stand out from other Roblox games is that, thanks to the game's soundtrack being composed almost entirely by Laurence "Naktigonis" Anthony, it manages to find its unique identity. Additionally, every song has a poem attached to the description, sometimes written by Naktigonis, making listening to it much more rewarding.

  • "To Sleep, Dreaming" in its four contours (1, 2, 3, 4), which are heard upon starting up the game, entering a new Luminant, or descending down the Depths, is a soothing tune that prepares you for the world that Deepwoken has to offer. This tune also makes a brief cameo when you examine the Celestial Telescope in Greathive Aratel, and witness the ruins of the former home of the Celestials, as it falls down toward the surface and sinking, giving a sense of tragedy. But if you feel like the four contours mesh well together, then an extended melody called "On The Shoulders Of Giants" combines them together alongside some unused segments, making it feel like as if it was a journey from the beginning of your origins to the end of your life at the Fragments of Self.
  • "Nascence", the character creation theme, is a remix of "To Sleep, Dreaming", allowing you to relax as you create your character.
  • "Solivagant", the theme of the Kingdom of Etrea, is a peaceful theme as you wander around one of the first starting islands you spawn in.
  • "Peregrine", the theme of the Isle of Vigils, is a soothing theme as you explore around the Isle.
  • "Dancing Steps of War", the Temple of the Blade's theme, plays as you train under the Vigils and prepare for the horrors that lie beyond the Isle.
  • "To Fight, Sanguine", the game's main combat theme, could potentially play during your training at the Isle of Vigils or fighting bandits over there, sharpening your combat skills in the process.
  • "Insomnia", the Second Layer's combat theme, is a torrent of cascading horror and despair to reflect a world where nature itself turns on you and the only god wishes to see you die in the most horrible way.
  • "A God, Manufactured", Chaser's theme, is an oppressive and alien track that plays as you try to survive against one of the Ministry's best. Combining elements from "Lacrimosa Dies Illa", "Kyrie", "To Sleep Dreaming", "The Killing Wind" and "Insomnia", it was worth the 14 months' wait.
