  • Chapter 3: Ratman, aka the idealistic Heroic Wannabe Shoto, has his first encounter with a Hero named AN Kaiser, who freely admits to caring less about everyone's safety and just wants to be worshipped. Ratman's response to his now-former idol?
Please don't call yourself a hero ever again.'
  • Chapter 8: AN Kaiser sinks even lower, bragging to Ratman that he accidentally shut off the sprinklers to the flaming building they were in to "complicate the plot" and make himself look better, infuriating the latter more and more until the shady excuse for a hero mocks one of the non-powered people for actually trying to save everyone. The result is Ratman's Superpowered Evil Side emerging to completely thrash AN Kaiser to the point where he needed another Hero's assistance, but even that wasn't enough to stop him and they both had to take a leap of faith to escape his wrath.
    • What's more, the injuries Ratman gave AN Kaiser were severe enough to need two months to make a full recovery. Regarding the latter's claims about his bruised ego from the last time they met, it's kinda hard to tell which got the more severe beating; his ego or his body.
  • In chapter 26, Shiki throws a rock at Mirea's face. She doesn't even blink as a Jacky comes out of nowhere and catches it.
  • Chapter 38, Rio going against her father to prove she is worthy of being a hero. It looks like a losing battle but then she performs her special move "Rio De Carnival" and knocks him down. She later wakes up after the fight to remember her Dad got right back up and knocked her out but still respected her enough to let her finally be a hero.
  • Fatman taking out Mr. Big Horn after being knocked around for most of the fight and just thrown into the sky by countering the throw via body slamming him from above.
  • When all of the heroes, and even resident Butt Monkeys the Combatant Jackys, start coming together to stop a Ratman that had gone completely overboard thanks to Sin awakening his S-Factor was a pretty damn impressive feat in of itself but even that pails when compared to how Shuto finishes his fight with Sin which is to use Shiningman's very own Killer Move Shining Ray and appears to have killed off Sin! Sin is still alive by the end but it's clear that the fight seems to have awakened a small bit of his old self back.
