* CompleteMonster: Neclord the vampire. There once existed a place called Blue Moon Village, which was inhabited by peaceful vampires whose thirst for blood was satiated by the presence of the Blue Moon Rune. Neclord, in his lust for power, allowed himself to be turned into a vampire, ingratiated himself into the village, then stole the rune from the village’s altar. This resulted in the vampires of the town being forced to [[SadisticChoice choose between killing people to extend their lives, or perish themselves]]. Desiring more power still, Neclord joined forces with [[BigBad Windy]] and decimated places like the Village of the Hidden Rune to obtain more True Runes. He also, [[ForTheEvulz on a whim]], attacked the village of North Window, killing and zombifying all its inhabitants to use as his undead army. He later did the same thing to the soldiers of Lorimar Fortress after Windy made him Lorimar’s governor. As governor, Neclord demanded that his people sacrifice him [[IHaveYouNowMyPretty one young girl a year to be his bride]]. Their screams from his castle could be heard by the villagers. After his defeat, Neclord [[VideoGame/SuikodenII returned to North Window]]

Also it helps that Flik tends to become a mandatory party member storywise and both Alen and Grenseal are permanently stuck with Rage and Thunder Runes and they actually have decent magic stats to fully utilize the Runes.
** The dice minigame makes it so easy to max out your money it's almost unbelievable, though it [[SaveScumming may require some patience]].
** Marco's cup game runs in the same pattern, though different for each save file, that resets if you exit out of the minigame and play again (you don't have to reset the game). Since the game is available to play right from the start, you can earn enough money to comfortably live until you have access to the dice game.

** YourMilageMayVary on that one. When leveled up, Krin can actually be a good fighter and his combo attack with Humphrey is awesome. If anything, the Scrappies for this game would be Kraze and Kanaan.
** Not really. The Chizoku star is known to house obnoxious, annoying characters. Krin's look and personality doesn't help, he looks like an annoyingly grinning hobo troll, he tried selling you out when you tried getting Lepant's help, he has a creepy laugh... he just clicks on many people the wrong way. And then, he forces you into the party when you want to rescue Viktor, when most people don't really bother with him due to his already creepiness... and he pretty much joins in just to snatch some treasure, not something heroic.
