Added DiffLines:

* FashionVictimVillain: Josey's outfit is not so much a statement as it is a haphazard collage of ideas. His head looks like it belongs on [[BorrowinSamedi Baron Samedi]] (including a massive top-hat with skulls on it), he wears a garishly pink fur-coat with hands full of bling, comically large high heeled boots and a ''diaper''.

* MostAnnoyingSound: Whenever Juliet switches to her chainsaw blaster, she ''has'' to announce it. "Chainsaw Blaster! Chain~saw~ Blasturr~! Chainsaw Blaster. Chainsaw Blaster!"
** Nick and Juliet's exchange at the beginning of the wall-climbing minigame in the Fulchi Fun Center level starts out funny, but quickly gets really irritating as [[ThatOneLevel every time you screw up is an automatic death, there's no pattern to how the zombies drop things from the windows, and the entire box around Juliet is a hitbox]], meaning you're going to die a ''lot'' and restart the minigame from the beginning a ''lot'' and have this little conversation memorized. "I hope those dudes below aren't looking at my pink butt," indeed.

*** 3.) If you left the auto aim on, this section pretty much becomes a LuckBasedMission. As mentioned earlier, the scrappyness is reduced somewhat since you can turn off auto aim anytime. Though many first time players did not know about manual or auto aim.
* ThatOneLevel: The wall-climbing level in chapter four certainly counts. On top of all the objects falling on you (only one of which you can actually destroy) there's also opening/closing panels that will shake you off if you're on one for too long. As if that wasn't bad enough, the objects that come falling down at ya aren't even interrupted by an opening panel where as you can't even so much as shoot through a panel. Did we mention that every time you get hit or fall off, it results in a GameOver? Not only does this mean you have to take the entire minigame from the top, but it hurts your score as well, making getting a gold ranking for this stage quite the feat. Adding on to this, since this is a minigame, Nick Tickets won't work, meaning that one screw-up also means that ''Nick can't revive you''. That image of a crossed-out Nick Ticket may as well be replaced with an image of a middle finger at that point.
** The Zombie Baseball minigame in stage two is often a sticking point for first-time players, as many won't have realized by that point that the game has an auto-aim feature, which is on by default. With that disabled, the minigame is easy; with it, it's nearly impossible. It's likely to be the first place where you die.

** The BigBad, Swan, enacted all of this because apparently he was bullied in life (with the straw apparently being because Juliet "betrayed" him by dating Nick when he never bothered to talk with her). Flash forward four years later and the ''Film/Ghostbusters2016'' villain, Rowen... enacts the exact same plot for similar reasons (save the "girlfriend" angle) albeit with ghosts rather then zombies. [[spoiler: Right down to summoning a towering behemoth monster at the end of the movie. The only difference where Swan killed himself to summon Rockabilly, Rowen ''is'' the giant monster.]]

** Out of Juliet's family, Rosalind often gets the most focus (besides Juliet herself), likely due to her being even quirkier than our protagonist and her driving (lack of) skill bordering on CrazyAwesome.

** The police zombies. They have guns with excessive range, fire rapidly, and when there's more than two of them, they can end up firing in a pattern that stunlocks you for a while until you slip out of their range by luck.

Considering the average body dysphoria??weight for an 18-year-old girl is in the 120-130 range, it'd take a very generous assumption regarding her chainsaw (which are usually around ten pounds) to line up.[[/labelnote]]

* ClippedWingAngel: Lewis starts off the battle insanely fast, with an area of invincibility from which he can launch projectiles, zombie flunkies spawning everywhere and VERY few safe chances to hit him. As he goes through his phases, however, he starts to lose his touch: he slows down, loses his barrier and his zombie flunkies, his attacks become more telegraphed (and less accurate besides), and his combos end with clear chances to swat him a good number of times before he goes on the offensive again.

* LoveItOrHateIt: By no means is the game low-quality, but some see the over-sexualization of the protagonist to be intrusive, offensive, and/or disturbing. On the other hand, those who support the game maintain that Juliet a telling satire on video-game and zombie genre conventions, and a fun one to boot. Given Creator/Suda51's previous work, the latter is very likely the intention.
** What's weird is that Juliet, for all the fanservice she provides and despite the opening cutscene, still has a lot of agency and characterization. In addition, the fanservice is barely focused on through most of the game, unless the player decides to stick her in one of the more revealing outfits.
** To back up the satire claim, Nick and his situation could be seen as an apt metaphor for female objectification in video games: He’s an accessory for Juliet, a toy for her sisters, completely powerless to do anything, treated condescendingly by pretty much everyone, and his wishes to die are ignored by Juliet because SHE loves him and doesn’t want him to change or leave her. * CompleteMonster: [[BigBad Swan]] is a [[TeensAreMonsters student at San Romero High School]] who uses [[BlackMagic necromancy]] to start a ZombieApocalypse as [[DisproportionateRetribution revenge for being mistreated at school]]. This results in the deaths of many innocent people, which Swan could care less about. His ultimate plan is to use Juliet as a pawn in his ritual to summon an enormous super zombie in order to destroy [[MisanthropeSupreme what he sees as a rotten world]], all because [[EvilIsPetty he got picked on and couldn't talk to a girl he liked]].
