* AnIcePerson: Autumn Frost who "is so cold her outfit turned blue".

* JailBait: Juvi Hall, a SpiritualSuccessor of the ''GLOW'' character with the trope name.

* PantyShot: Amber Lively's cartwheel demonstrates both her athleticism and gives the audience a glimpse up her skirt. Charlotte too, though she's wearing pantaloons.

* WhereDaWhiteWomenAt: Black owner JV Rich is never seen without a bikini-clad woman, and each woman he's seen with is white.

* EverythingsBetterWithPrincesses: Maui is apparently an Island Princess and Autumn Frost is the Ice Princess because of course their characters wouldn't be complete without the title.

* HelloNurse: The entire cast was promoted as such, except maybe the Lunch Ladies

It is a show of over the top gimmicks (who each get introduced with a catchy little rap like the one above), pink ring ropes, cheesy segments and a commentator that let looses a HurricaneOfPuns in every match (while sounding eerily like Creator/StanLee). And yet, it features some of the top women wrestlers in North America including many Wrestling/{{SHIMMER}} stars. Its flagship show is ''Take Down'', which Viacom wished to pickup for a second season in 2011.

* FauxActionGirl: A handful of the girls who were trained for the show but didn't get into the ring that much. Maui is probably the biggest example. Her opening rap says "I pack punch like molten lava" and she is defeated by Toni the Top in under a minute.

* GirlyBruiser: Hmm Charlotte, Cousin Cassie, Malibu [=McKenzie=], Sierra Sherraton, almost too many to name.

* HelloNurse: The entire cast was promoted as such.

* IronicNickname: White Magic is a villainous voodoo sorceress. White magic is typically thought of as healing and positive.
** The Naughty Girls' names are Faith, Hope and Charity. They're heels.

* LadyOfWar: Alexandra The Great.

* NerdsAreSexy: Paige Webb.

* NonActionGuy: None of the males on the show are actual wrestlers.
* TheOneGuy: The all-women's show has only about five on screen male characters.

* RunningGag: In the form of segments such as Paige Webb's "You've Got Male" where she gets a pervy e-mail from a fan each time.

* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: A promo hyping up the debut of The Bristols (played by The Blossom Twins) aired on one of the later episodes but the characters never appeared again.

* GratuitousRap: The first couple of episodes opened with these as a nifty way for the characters to introduce themselves. It's almost amazing how many words actually rhyme with "Wrestlicious".

* PrettyInMink: Autumn Frost has furry covers on her boots and around her waist.

* [[AsHimself As Herself]]: Lacey Von Erich, the only girl on the show who doesn't have a gimmick. Also Daizee Haze is pretty much playing the same character she normally plays on the indies as Marley.

* SheCleansUpNicely: Not probably the intended effect but Mercedes Martinez isn't exactly known for her looks. But in her costume as Maria Toro, she's surprisingly pretty looking.

* SpiritualSuccessor: The show is essentially a reboot of ''[[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women_of_Wrestling Women of Wrestling (WOW)]]'', which itself was the successor to ''[[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gorgeous_Ladies_of_Wrestling G.L.O.W. (Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling).]]'' A couple of ''WOW'''s girls played characters on the show too. Also of Crush, an extremely short lived promotion from 2003. They taped a pilot and shopped it around, but it never got picked up.

* TakeThat: Lizzy Valentine confirmed that Kandi Kisses is a TakeThat to BritneySpears.

** When Paige Webb was ShakingHerHairLoose, the commentator remarked "she has lovely hair, it would be a shame if anything happened to it". Serena Deeb (who plays Paige Webb) debuted on ''[=WWE SmackDown!=]'' in a memorable segment where Wrestling/CMPunk shaved her head bald.
