[[WMG:How Masako may potentially adapt ''DBS: Broly'' (pretty long)]]
Due to not needing to recruit Freeza for Team Universe 7, one might logically think this would make the plot of the movie ''Broly'' impossible, since its main events were brought about by Freeza's second resurrection and the return of the Freeza force. But here's an idea for how our main cast may still encounter Broly and how things may go - after the Tournament of Power, Vegeta, wanting to prove himself absolutely once and for all above his arch rival, is the one who has Freeza temporarily brought to life with Uranai Baba's ability. "Go off and lick your wounds, and find what you can," Vegeta tells the halo-wearing Freeza. At last, Vegeta has the chance to not only avenge his race and eliminate Freeza for good, wiping him from existence, but he'll do it in front of Raditz. It's certainly not out of character for THIS Vegeta to endanger the Earth for his pride.

So Freeza goes off in a panic, searching through the scraps of what's left of his empire. Searching for every asset that could possibly be left, he reunites with Kikono and Beriblu, and they manage to find an old Freeza force distress signal that had been going off for years. With nothing else to bolster his power in the dwindling 24 hours Freeza has before returning to hell, he decides it's a chance he's willing to take and heads off to the planet Vampa.

Upon meeting Paragus and Broly, Freeza is at first shocked, disgusted even, to find that yet more simian scum managed to escape the destruction of Planet Vegeta. He would be much more hesitant to accept them, even after learning Paragus seeks personal revenge against Vegeta - but after seeing Broly's power, this works perfectly for Freeza's schemes, and he agrees to recruit the two exiled Saiyans - he cares little personally about Vegeta, they can have their fun with him, he just wants revenge on the brothers who've now twice defeated him.

It would go mostly the same as the movie at this point, with Vegeta "suggesting" he, Goku, and Raditz get in some training in the polar region. Raditz is suspicious that something might be up, but Goku just happily goes "Sure, buddy! My bro and I could use a good spar."

Of course, once they arrive, Freeza does too, bringing Broly and Paragus along with him. Freeza exits the ship, Vegeta approaching and not noticing the other two Saiyans. Although Goku and Raditz are shocked to see the temporarily revived tyrant, Vegeta delivers what seems to be a rehearsed speech, pretending to be amused Freeza is back for more, claiming not to know how he had returned or what his plan is, but the fight shouldn't last too long - it's only then that Paragus and Broly step out.

At this point, the fight would go mostly the same as the real film. Broly fights Vegeta and adapts until Vegeta's Super Saiyan transformation, which triggers Broly's Rage form. In this adaptation, due to Lemo and Cheelai not being around, Paragus does still have his remote control, but with so many Saiyans around and so much energy, Broly's rapid transformation allows him to shrug it off - he goes full berserker, and the shock necklace snaps as he fully transforms. He easily overpowers Super Saiyan Vegeta, who even tries Super Saiyan 2 for a moment, but he fares no better. So he turns Super Saiyan 4 and again takes the edge. He could win at this point, but he can't let himself forget, this whole thing was orchestrated by him, he must show his superior power to Raditz and Kakarot both!

Now, as the fight rages on, Raditz realizes what Vegeta is doing - he has no idea Freeza is out and about because of him, but it pisses him off that Vegeta's wasting so much time. He suggests to Goku that they both skip straight to Blue. He'll step in and finish off the crazy one, Goku can run forward and take out Freeza and the old man. So the two transform into Blue and head off to their respective battles - Broly is barely able to compete with Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta and Blue Raditz, but Vegeta trying to push Raditz aside and take the spotlight give him just enough time to survive - until he hears his name being called.

"Broly! Look at this! I tried to stop him, but this Saiyan here killed your father!"

Of course, he didn't. Freeza, thinking quickly, took it upon himself to murder Paragus. Goku being right next to him just served as the perfect fodder. With Broly now accessing his Super Saiyan transformation, he easily outclasses Vegeta and Raditz both, knocking them aside as he rushes towards Goku in fury. Vegeta thinks to himself that he never expected anything like this, and humiliating though it might be, it might be necessary to work as a team. The three Saiyans try their best against Broly, but it's not enough. Coming up with a plan, Goku tells Raditz to get as far away as he can as fast as he can - Raditz isn't quite sure what his brother's planning, but he trusts in his idea and does so. Goku and Vegeta continue to hold off against Broly.

After what feels like long enough, Goku convinces Vegeta to follow him and tricks Broly into attacking Freeza, like in the movie. Goku Instant Transmissions to where Raditz is. He explains there's no choice - they've got no senzu beans, they've got no potara, but fusion's their only shot. Only thing is, having had to hold off Broly as long as they did and coordinating the fight to go as he wanted, Goku is badly hurt and exhausted - Raditz is in fine shape, and Vegeta managed to hold his own. He can show Vegeta what to do, but he can't do it himself - Vegeta and Raditz are going to have to work together and master the dance, or the Earth is doomed.

It takes much more convincing - Goku tells Vegeta it's that or accept everyone else would also be killed. Even then, doing the damn dance just isn't going to happen - until Raditz grabs his shoulders, yells in his face and says that not only will his wife and children die, but Vegeta's own family would be killed too. Putting aside his reservations, Vegeta agrees and, after a couple failed attempts, succeeds in fusing with Raditz! Rageta is born!

Epic fight much like in the movie follows, but the sheer might of Rageta (perhaps as some kind of Super Saiyan 4/Blue hybrid?) completely obliterates Broly. Freeza tries to flee, but Rageta stops him - the Raditz influence within him is tempted just to permanently erase Freeza from existence, but Vegeta's influence results in Rageta just letting him go, content to know that he'll be forced back into hell by the next morning.

Goku, having observed the whole thing and amazed by just how strong Broly was, thinks he could learn to control his incredible power, and knows just what he'll do next time they gather the dragon balls. Meanwhile, Raditz, while irritated that Vegeta did what he did, ultimately decides just to let things be. He did rationalize as Rageta, after all, that Freeza's time is limited and for what it's worth, that whole disaster did end up bringing them closer in a twisted way. Could their rivalry turn from just tolerating each other to something a bit more friendly? Who knows, but another crisis, another growth in strength for our Saiyan heroes!

In the farther future of What if Raditz Turned Good, and obviously not at this moment in the story due to the Tournament of Power, Ranch's next step in becoming stronger will be learning Super Saiyan 4 from Vegeta. Why would this be considering Vegeta's troubled history with Ranch and her dad? Well firstly, with an older Ranch knowing what she wants with her life, she could decide to want to go Super Saiyan 4 knowing that she'd never get the opportunity to learn Super Saiyan Blue. Secondly is the fact that, as Dragon Ball R&R confirmed, she still has her tail. The more analytical Ranch would note Vegeta's transformation requiring the tail and believe this could give her an advantage or start in learning the form.
