[[WMG: This game will at some point have a non-ghostly or unpossessed enemy and/or boss that cannot be sucked up to take advantage of the suction shot mechanic.]]
This theory goes off the new mechanic of the suction shot: It allows Luigi to break physical objects, and draw items away from ghosts. A potential extension of breaking objects would be a boss or enemy that’s not a ghost, or simply a possessed item. This type of foe wouldn't be likely to give up it’s ghost unless it’s body is too badly broken, or it was forced out. This theoretical enemy or boss could be some type of sentient and malfunctioning machine, or something like a possessed suit of armour. Although we don’t know where they’ll fit in what we know, we haven’t seen all the floors yet, so the first type could appear in a workshop, or even in E.Gadd’s new base, while the second type could pop out from anywhere. Although it’s unlikely due to potential problems for new players, this type of opponent would be a surprise and able to encourage the use of the new suction shot move, and a boss using it as a key weakness would be an interesting challenge for both old and new players.

[[WMG: Nikki, Ginny, Lindsey AND Wolfgesit were actually working with King Boo on their own, only joining Hellen Gravely due to aid them too.]]

I mean, who’s to say that they could be ghosts that, despite given the chance of being redeem, they would reject it just to still aid King Boo? (albeit, in a less “biggest fan” way like Hellen was going with). Or, that they were evil before and no matter what luigi does to the hotel wouldn't change their disposition towards him?

I mean, when you look at their floors in the hotel, it’s means they do share a bit of ties with King Boo.

On Wolfgeist’s floor: The Great Hall’s Elevator hall, when coming near the Concession Stand, we can see a Boo-shaped “door” that when interacted, it’s takes you to the stand. It’s funny that this is the ONLY Boo-related furniture (except for the everything in Hellen Gravely’s floor) that is shaped of a Boo, right? Who’s to say that Amadeus Wolfgesit was a composer for King Boo’s orchestra before the king was trapped in the painting during the first game?

As for the mage triplets? Well, they manage to pull on very realistic illusionary powers, far beyond your ordinary stage magician variety… Who’s to say that they didn’t learned from King Boo himself, being a “master of illusions”? (whetever it was when the sisters where alive or after king boo was freed in dark moon is unknown… but if it was after dark moon but before the game, King Boo would be a belunged teacher at best and a “yeah, yeah, here’s how you can improve your skills, now LET ME IN PEACE SO I CAN FINALLY HATCH A SCHEME TO TAKE LUIGI OUT OF MY UN-LIFE, PLEASE!!!” at worst.) As well, their ability to cast illusions around their floor would be in a way to get the attention of King Boo soo they can also get their praise too, just like Hellen herself. (albeit, it would be praise of a master towards it’s students instead of a looney fan to it’s idol).

[[WMG: The Boss Ghosts from the original Luigis Mansion were significantly stronger but less varied then the new ones.]]
Either because the new ones are BrainwashedAndCrazy courtesy of King Boo and thus not normally hostile or being several decades newer they aren't as supernaturally powerful on average as the ghosts from E. Gadd's gallery. Given Luigi has repeatedly bested stronger opponents King Boo and Hellen Graves went for greater variety of powers or traps over raw strength having weaker but more varied and numerous force. Notably though Nikki, Ginny, and Lindsey are the strongest being able to create a pocket dimension when they worked together just like Chauncy, Bogmire, Boolossus, and King Boo.

They all have 100hp each, and look similar to some of the family. the only difference is that most of the portrait ghost are blue, whilst these three are purple, but there could be a number of reasons for this (I just can't think of any).

[[WMG:Most of the boss ghosts altered their floors to fit their own preferences]]
We know from the beginning of the game that the ghosts can alter the look of the hotel, making from pleasant to creepy, but that was only a minor change. My theory is that other floors have been altered to the point where they no longer resemble their original forms.

The obvious thing you'll notice is that the floors are all different sizes and shapes and don't realy look like they could all be stack one on top of the other.

The other thing you'll notice is the surprising shortage of gest rooms. I mean seriously, what kind of hotel prioritizes entertainment over guest accommodation? The Magician floor especially. Why can't the pianist and the magicians share a stage? I think that the Magician floor was a normal guest floor, but the Magicians altered it to be magic themed, and moved all the rooms around.

** Intimidated by but respectful towards Luigi, especially since his job at the hotel is probably everything to him.
* Chef Soulfflé:
** Will probably [[NeverLiveItDown never fully forgive Luigi for ruining his meal]], but he does love the new kitchen he and the other protagonists built for him.
* Kruller:
** Probably has no beef with Luigi at all, considering Kruller was [[JustFollowingOrders only doing his job]] and seemed to mistake Luigi for a mall theif. Probably gets along fine with him after he learns what Luigi was doing, ''especially'' after they rebuild the hotel.
* Amadeus Wolfgeist:
** Probably displays a fair amount of respect for Luigi for [[DefeatEqualsRespect being able to best him]], and probably happy to see Luigi took lessons from [[LuigisMansionDarkMoon another ghost pianist]].
* Chambrea:
** Like Steward, probably intimidated by but respectful toward Luigi due to him saving her job.
* King [=MacFrights=]:
** Respects Luigi, but out of embarrassment over his defeat refuses to admit it.
* Dr. Potter:
** Is a jerk through and through, and he probably hates Luigi, rebuilt hotel or not. If the theory that he is the Haunted Towers gardener is correct, he'd probably ''really'' hate it if he heard Luigi was mucking about in his old lab.
* Morty:
** Of course, Morty loves his big-time movie star, whether or not Luigi captures him. Though if he did, that might still make things awkward between them.
%%* Ug:
%%**
* Serpci:
** She also respects Luigi [[DefeatEqualsRespect for his capacity to actually best her]], admiring his strengh and nobility.
* The magician trio:
** They're more or less cool with Luigi now, but they are ''definitely'' not above messing with him with their magic still now and then.
%%* Captain Fishook:
%%**
* Johnny Deepend:
** Probably begrudgingly admits he underestimated how strong the little dude is.
* DJ Phantasmagloria:
** Probably chill with Luigi now and more than happy to invite him back on the dance floor another time.

[[WMG: The gems on F7 (the Garden Suites) are made of leftover pieces of the gems on other floors.]]
Gems naturally have very rough shapes, and need to be cut in order to look more appealing to humans. Some of the gems in the hotel, such as the ones on F4, F9 and B2, have very irregular shapes, meaning that lots of rock had to be cut out. The gems on F7, on the other hand, are made of smaller pieces of other gems. Whoever cut the gems must've used leftover pieces of other gems to make them.
