We learned from Justice that Judgement and Lucifer are both fallen angels, so we can guess that Judgement was one of the angels that joined Lucifer in her rebellion against God. Since that rebellion failed and cast them all to Hell, Judgement is still sore at Lucifer for costing her paradise.

It feels kind of weird how Malina is the only one who bothers with painting her nails when everybody else doesn't, not even Lucifer. Well, the truth is actually exactly the opposite.
