* OutOfOrder: The season six episode "A Questionable Pair" was aired after "Invasion of the Bunny Lovers," but has an earlier production code number and was clearly intended to air before it, as [[spoiler: Scoops learns that Becky is Wordgirl in the latter, while it's a plot point that he doesn't know in the former.]]

* CompletelyDifferentTitle: In Latin America, the show (and the title character) is renamed to ''Chica Supersabia'', which means ''Super Wise Girl''.
** Likewise Hebrew: The title character is called ''Milulit'' (מילולית): the feminine adjective for "Literal", which is also used to mean "Literally...". The show's name is her ActivationPhrase, which is "The power of [=WordGirl=]!"[[note]]Even though Hebrew is one of those language where adjectives come before the subject, it's unambiguously "The power of [=WordGirl=]!" and not "Literal power!"; The Hebrew word for "power" is in the masculine grammatical gender, so the adjective would be masculine as well if it was.[[/note]] in the dub.

** In the "May I Have a Word" segments, Beau Handsome is voiced by Ryan Raddatz, while in the show itself he is voiced by Creator/TomKenny.
