For example, the White Violin was originally going to be much more similar to the appearance in the comics, with the character ditching her usual clothes and adopting a skin-tight suit. Page was the one who suggested the white tuxedo that the White Violin ended up wearing.

* QueerCharacterQueerActor: Vanya's actor Creator/ElliotPage is queer and non-binary, and Vanya's love interest in season 2 is a woman. When Page came out as transgender two seasons in, the producers quickly put out a statement that he would continue in the role, and in March 2022, it was revealed that the character (now known as Viktor) would also transition in season 3. Viktor's also shown as attracted to men along with women, having dated both in the series.

** The sub-plot of Luther becoming obese and apathetic in the "Dallas" arc of the comic was originally planned to be adapted in season two of the show, but was ultimately scrapped based on the negative response of audiences to the weight gain sub-plot of Thor in Film/AvengersEndgame. However they still kept elements of it in the produced season (such as showing Luther's emotional eating).
