* EditedForSyndication: For some reason, the Japanese version of "[=BooGoo=]" was edited down to a standard-length episode on Creator/DisneyPlus, which is odd as even the international edit kept the episode mostly as is (only turning it into a MultiPartEpisode). Likewise, both ''Stitch and the Planet of Sand'' and ''Stitch! Perfect Memory'' are split into multi-part episodes on the service.

* NoExportForYou: Most of the English dub has still yet to be aired in the U.S., and Creator/DisneyPlus doesn't even include the show in any region other than Japan (which has all seasons and specials of the original unedited version) and the regions that have Disney+ Hotstar.

* UncreditedRole: The English dub of ''Stitch! Perfect Memory'' uses the same end credits as the Japanese original, at least based on unofficial uploads. This becomes problematic since Pleakley clearly [[TheOtherDarrin got a new voice]] and one of the main characters of the special was made specifically for it (Tiira).

* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: It's not particularly easy to find decent recordings of the international edit and its English dub, partially due to the show's low popularity. The only HD uploads of the international cut available on the web use the series' Russian dub, complete with Russian title cards and Russian dub credits just before the English end credits. Mercifully, the English dub is included in these files as a separate audio track that's mostly hi-fi, save for a few scenes that had lower-quality audio recordings edited in for completeness. However, ''Stitch and the Planet of Sand'' doesn't seem to have its English dub available ''anywhere'' on the Internet, with only the Japanese original and the Hindi dub available online.

* RoleReprise: Contrary to popular belief, the English dub did bring back ''one'' voice actor from the original continuity to reprise their role; Rocky [=McMurray=] reprised his role as Clyde (X-150)[[note]]misnumbered as 350, just like in ''The Series''[[/note]] for [[OneShotCharacter the experiment's only episode in this series]], "Stitchman Meets Bonnie and Clyde".

** Almost none of the original English voice cast such as Chris Sanders, Creator/DaveighChase, Creator/KevinMichaelRichardson, Creator/FrankWelker, Creator/KevinMcDonald or Creator/RobPaulsen from the ''WesternAnimation/LiloAndStitch'' [[WesternAnimation/StitchTheMovie mo]][[WesternAnimation/LiloAndStitch2StitchHasAGlitch vi]][[WesternAnimation/LeroyAndStitch es]] and ''WesternAnimation/LiloAndStitchTheSeries'' reprise their roles for this anime, despite Sanders still voicing Stitch in other media, albeit working at Creator/DreamWorksAnimation. (They did bring back the voice of a minor role, though; read RoleReprise below.) Jess Winfield, one of the executive producers and writers of ''The Series'', is really the only real connection between this anime and the original franchise, with him providing the voice of Jumba instead of Creator/DavidOgdenStiers. Winfield would fully replace Stiers after the latter's death in 2018.

* ChannelHop: From Creator/TVTokyo in the first season to Creator/TVAsahi for the next two seasons.

* OutOfOrder: Creator/DisneyPlus page rearranges the order of the anime's third season's episodes, including listing its first episode "New Town" (which shows Yuna and Stitch moving into the titular city) the sixth of the season and putting all three of the holiday episodes ("Witch", "A Very Stinky Christmas", and "Chocolate Stitch") after season finale "Dark-End".

* RealLifeRelative: In the dub, Yuna and Hiroman are voiced by real life siblings Creator/EdenRiegel and Creator/SamRiegel.

* GodNeverSaidThat:
** Many comments on the Internet (primarily from the Anglosphere) like to say that Creator/ChrisSanders and/or Creator/{{Disney}} called the anime [[CanonDiscontinuity non-canonical]] to the rest of the ''Franchise/LiloAndStitch'' franchise. There has not been any evidence to confirm this--no interviews, videos, or even tweets from any of them.
*** Sanders likely very much knows about the anime's existence by now, possibly due to fans sending comments to him mentioning it over the years, but doesn't publicly mention it or respond to fans about it, likely because ''he never worked on the show at all'' and knows a thing or two about how fandoms can get ''very'' touchy over opinions and canon. (Some of his comments on his [=TikTok=] videos where he mentions ''Lilo & Stitch: The Series'', particularly the pinned ones, show how very careful he is regarding his thoughts on that show.)
*** Disney, being a big company, is generally averse to making declarations on what is or is not canonical in ''any'' of their works, leaving such declarations to the people behind them.
