Corrected formatting of the Crazy Homeless People example.

* CrazyHomelessPeople: Subverted with Herb, an unkempt man who looks like he's homeless when first introduced in "[=#MadAboutShoe=}", but he's actually well-adjusted, owning a nearby condo and using a gym membership. ''Sam & Cat'' is a Creator/{{Nickelodeon}} teen sitcom, created by Creator/DanSchneider. It is a SpinOff from both ''Series/ICarly'' (Sam Puckett, played by Creator/JennetteMcCurdy), and ''Series/{{Victorious}}'' (Cat Valentine, played by Music/ArianaGrande). With the end of ''iCarly'' approaching, the network was looking to create a new show for Jennette to star in (continuing the tradition of making shows with actors from the previous show, and Jennette's contract formed at the start of ''iCarly'' gave her her own show no matter what). It eventually settled on this {{crossover}} SpinOff.

* TheDollEpisode: In the HalloweenEpisode "#Doll Sitting", Sam and Cat are tasked by a creepy guy with babysitting a doll on a few occasions, including taking it to a rock concert. At the end, [[spoiler: the doll comes to life as a young girl, the daughter of the man, and thanks them for babysitting her.]]
** In #Fresno Girl, Sam and Cat baby-sit a girl named Kim Fimble. Kim wants a Fresno Girl doll, and Sam and Cat promise to buy her one if she gets at least a B+ on her next math test (she doesn't like math, and according to her Mom, Kim will have to go to summer school if she fails the test). She apparently receives a 92 (an A-), and so Sam and Cat keep their promise. They take her down to the Fresno Girl Doll store. Unfortunately, the Fresno Girl dolls and their accessories are ridiculously expensive. Kim chooses a doll named Gabriella, which costs $156.20 after tax, and the doll's hair and clothes cost another $119 (including the $24 tax; Mathieu and Glenda, who are the store's doll advisors, clearly cheated Sam and Cat on this. The doll's bike, according to Sam, costs another $64.80, bringing the total cost to $340. Instead of just saying "Faux fur boots...$10, each", the advisors say "Left boot, faux fur...$7" and "Right boot, faux fur...$13"). Later, Sam and Cat accidentally break Gabriella's left leg off, and they and Kim take the doll back to the store to be fixed. This costs another $223.09, including the $13 tax. The tax for the doll's hair and clothes therefore should have been only $5.88 (it's possible that Mathieu and Glenda also cheated Sam and Cat on the tax on the doll and the bike, in which case the total, including the hair and the clothes, should have been approximately $271.42 before tax, and $288.32 after tax). Furthermore, Sam and Cat later find out that Kim tricked them, because she got a 67 (which is a D) on her ''real'' math test.

** In #Fresno Girl, Sam and Cat baby-sit a girl named Kim Fimble. Kim wants a Fresno Girl doll, and Sam and Cat promise to buy her one if she gets at least a B+ on her math test (according to her Mom, Kim will have to go to summer school if she fails). She apparently receives a 92 (an A-), and so Sam and Cat keep their promise. They take her down to the Fresno Girl Doll store. Unfortunately, the Fresno Girl dolls and their accessories are ridiculously expensive. Kim chooses a doll named Gabriella, which costs $156.20 after tax, and the doll's hair and clothes cost another $119 (including the $24 tax; Matyoo and Glenda, who are members of the store's staff, doll advisors, clearly cheated Sam and Cat on this. The doll's bike, according to Sam, costs another $64.80, bringing the total cost to $340). Later, Sam and Cat accidentally break Gabriella's left leg off, and they and Kim take her back to the store to be fixed. This costs another $223.09, including the $13 tax. The tax for the doll's hair and clothes should have been only $5.88 (it's possible that Matyoo and Glenda cheated Sam and Cat on the tax on the doll and the rest of her accessories as well, in which case the total should have been approximately $271.42 before tax, and $288.32 after tax). Furthermore, Sam and Cat later find out that Kim tricked them, because she got a 67 (which is a D) on her ''real'' math test.

*** Remember how Cat failed as a make up artist in ''Victorious''? Well in ''Sam & Cat'' this was semi-continued. Cat tried to make Dice look younger in "[=#ToddlerClimbing=]". It would've been believable if they were in the 1940's (mentioned by Sam). In the next episode, Cat tried making Dice look like a teenager, (he's 12) but would up giving him the appearance of a young hippie.

* GamesOfTheElderly: The episode "[=#The Brit Brats=]" mostly takes place at Nona's retirement home, where Sam has to help her set up a bingo game in order to get a signature on her community service form. Nona wants a good, memorable game, so Sam set it up as "Extreme Bingo", complete with a rap...that made all of the elders leave within minutes. She later sets up a "Slightly Less Extreme Bingo" with a prize of a new, 5,000 dollar TV. Though the TV prize is all to trick the con-artist kids they're watching, the police show up because such a prize was supposedly illegal in a bingo game.

*** And apparently Cat is addicted to presents, to the point where she makes a new holiday in order to get some, and can not stop herself from opening them. It gets so bad that she starts opening Goomer's present without meaning to and has a hard time stopping. And she takes medication, I'm sorry I mean "special vitamins", for it. Just how many addictions does Cat have?
