Meanwhile up in the stands an unexpected face is shown observing the remedial course; Endeavor, who has come to All Might, who is also watching the class, for advice. Endeavor admits that it hasn't been easy to live in All Might's shadow and that he's not sure how he is suppose to be the kind of symbol that All Might was. All Might tells Endeavor that it isn't fair on him to try and live up to the same ideals that he had and that Endeavor should try being the new number one on his own terms. As Endeavor watches Shoto's contentment with the children, Endeavor thinks on his own past.

* BabysittingEpisode: Variation, in that while it involves superheroes-in-training being tasked with watching a group of havoc-wreaking children, it's more of an exercise / SecretTestOfCharacter than actual babysitting (as the authorities are off to the side observing them). However, a lot of the humor in the episode is from the {{Bratty Half Pint}}s terrorizing the teens, and the exercise is all about the bond they are capable of forging with the children.
* BaitAndSwitch: A lot of Aoyama's focus in the arc seems to be trying to paint him as shady as possible, when it's actually just him trying to reach out to Midoriya as a friend and someone who understands not having a body fit to a quirk.

Naturally considering the various personalities involved things do not start on the right foot for our heroes and each initial attempt at swaying the children ends in failure. However the four eventually decide to work together and use their various powers and skills to create an elaborate ride for the children to play on which delights and calms them down.

Meanwhile up in the stands an unexpected face is shown observing the remedial course; Endeavor who has come to All Might, who is also watching the class, for advice. As Endeavor watches Shoto's contentment with the children Endeavor thinks on his own past.

After the test is over Endever goes up to Shoto and tells him that he will become a hero his son can be proud of. Inase, seeing that Endever is trying to change for the better, punches himself in the face and goes up to the hero and tells him he will be routing for his success. A confused Endever thanks him for the compliment.

Meanwhile, in a short mini-arc, Yuga Aoyama tries to bond with Izuku, through such means as watching him creepily while he sleeps and leaving ominous messages written in [[TrademarkFavoriteFood cheese]]. He's not trying to give Izuku a heart attack, though- what he's trying to get across is that he understands Izuku's predicament with One for All, to an extent. See, Aoyama has a birth defect which makes it hard for him to control his navel laser. This is why he wears a special belt all the time (and has since he was little)- it prevents PowerIncontinence leading to a HeroicRROD (and [[PottyFailure literal incontinence]]). Izuku also gets hurt when he uses his Quirk because One for All is too strong for him. They bond over this and end up forming an OddFriendship.

Bakugo and Todoroki head off to the Hero Licensing testing grounds to take a remedial class in order to gain their hero licences. Their they met up with Inasa and Camie from Shiketsu High who are also taking the class after they failed the exam (Inase due to his fight with Todoroki and Camie due to Toga impersonating her during the actual exam).

Their proctor for the test is revealed to be Gang Orca who has returned to whip these troublemakers into shape. However the remedial class will be different from the exam and the four potential heroes are tasked with a different, yet no less taunting task, winning the hearts and minds of rambunctious children! The children in question are from Masegaki Elementary School and due to their powerful Quirks have no interest in listening to their teachers. The hero recrutis are tasked with stirring the hearts of these troublemakers and empathising with them.
