Nice Hat is no longer a trope.

* NiceHat: When Minnie gets home, she takes off her hat to reveal...another hat underneath. The first was a bicycle helmet that looked exactly like her actual hat.

* AbsenteeActor: Mickey, despite being the poster boy of the shorts, doesn't appear in this one. Accordingly, the title card reads "Minnie Mouse" rather than "Mickey Mouse".

Added DiffLines:

* EurekaMoment: Minnie has two: the first when she sees some fellow citizens riding past on their bicycles, and the second when she finds her flower has grown to a humongous size. (both moments inspire solutions to her current problem)
* FromBadToWorse: As the wooden shoes are pedaling the bike fast enough to create a huge gust of wind from the windmill's blades, (which blows everything outside away) Minnie hits them with a broom to get them to stop. This causes the windmill shaft and the ''entire upper section of the windmill to crack and break apart''. While Minnie lands safely in some nearby bushes, the blades destroy a building and split a cloud in half before disappearing.
* GoneHorriblyRight: Minnie finds a way to get the windmill turning and the water pumping; by using a pair of comically-oversized wooden shoes to pedal her bicycle which drives the windmill and pump. Unfortunately, she soon finds she can't stop them. [[FromBadtoWorse And then they start pedaling faster.]]

Misuse, trivia trope.

Added DiffLines:

"Clogged" is the twelfth season 2 short of the new ''WesternAnimation/MickeyMouse2013'' series created by Paul Rudish for the Creator/DisneyChannel and Disney.com. It's the 30th to air on the Disney Channel and put up on Disney.com.

Minnie attempts to make a windmill work to save a flower in her garden. This is yet another episode that isn't in English, as Minnie speaks Dutch throughout the short.

* TheCameo: Donald Duck makes a brief appearance near the end of the short.
* CPRCleanPrettyReliable: When Minnie initially finds her flower dried up, she does CPR on it. A SingleTear is enough to barely perk it up, though.
* ADayInTheLimelight: Yet another short where Minnie is given the focus.
* {{Fainting}}: Minnie briefly faints from exhaustion while trying to blow at her windmill.
