* An in-universe example occurs in the ''VideoGame/{{Splatoon}}'' fic ''Fanfic/HerFracturedSpirit''. While doing a Squidmas jingle for charity, Callie accidentally sung "Come give us your unwanted boys", not "Come give us your unwanted toys". That take was never aired, however Marie will never let Callie live it down. She even has a personal recording of it.
