* VisualNovel/GoForAPunchSakiSanobashi: EchoFlower, the girl named by the player, is a seemingly ordinary schoolgirl who moonlights as an online predator that convinces other girls to kill themselves and films their deaths for her pleasure. Having already done this to Kyouko Shikabane, the previous owner of the [=EchoFlower=] account, [=EchoFlower=] manipulates Hana Watanabe, Sayuri Tanaka, and Kimiko Hanazawa into agreeing to a mass suicide in an abandoned school's bathroom. [=EchoFlower=] then locks them inside with her accomplice, the titular Saki Sanobashi, to drive them mad and make their last moments painful, having Saki film their suicides as well and blaming them for their suffering. In the end, it's implied that [=EchoFlower=] leaves Saki to die as well as she gets away with it all.

*** Dr. Judy Reyes is an immoral agent who will do anything to unlock the secrets of the brain for her own use. As the main antagonist of two of the game's routes, Reyes was an agent of DURPA sent to infiltrate Stratfor to gather the data of their brain experiments and the memory data of Amadeus, even helping Stratfor's unethical experiments. In her mission, Reyes sent her men to raid and threaten numerous key figures, including burning down Kurisu's home and trying to kidnap Maho and Kagari at gunpoint. Whenever her men fail, they commit suicide out of fear of what Reyes and DURPA would do to them. In "Twin Automata", Reyes tried to kidnap Hiyajo Maho and Alexis Leskinen to unlock Amadeus's memory data, and when Leskinen did so Reyes immediately executes him before threatening Maho for the access keys. In "The Promised Rinascimento", Reyes managed to kidnap Kagari and demanded Okabe to meet her, otherwise she'll kill her. During the meeting, Reyes reveals that she killed all the scientists working on the Amadeus and reveal her motivation was to unlock the secrets of memory implanting to create a series of deadly soldiers under DURPA's will before demanding Okabe to join her.

Flash forward one century later, and James's ghost possesses his descendant Carl, altering his personality and instigating a relationship with Chase--possibly against Carl's own will--for the purpose of manipulating him into helping defeat John and cover up his own crimes in the process. Athena was still dissatisfied with Asterion's peaceful rest in the Underworld, wishing for him to suffer for all eternity. Her forces thus kidnapped him from the Underworld and put him in a hellish realm where he'd be tortured, with a master elected to further enact all manner of horrors upon him as a form of worship to her.
