The responder in this one chose to [[ComicallyMissingThePoint Comically Miss the Point]] and respond not as the boy, but the [=PS5=], using a demented, growly voice, only barely singing and certainly not in tune to the track, about how it can speak to the boy inside his brain, how they will have "cowboy times in space", and that free will is an illusion. * WebOriginal/PenisSMP.[[labelnote:Explanation]]Similar to ''Goncharov'', although predating it by a year, Penis SMP was a fake ''VideoGame/{{Minecraft}}'' SMP created by MCYT fans in response to a viral post on the site mocking them, as they found the fake scenario used as an example in the post very amusing. * "I Will Survive". [[note]]a ''WesternAnimation/{{Zootopia}}'' fan comic that many read as [[AuthorTract anti-abortion propaganda]], became highly infamous. The original creator of the comic actually ''[[WordOfGod denies]]'' that it was meant to be anti (or pro) abortion, but the heavy-handed drama and adult themes for a comic based on a movie meant for kids still attracts a lot of criticism.[[/note]]

* Color Theory. [[labelnote:Explanation]] [[https://eternal-dannation.tumblr.com/post/182388182612 This post]], which started with a picture of a children's hospital with poorly thought-out color choices on the floor and soon spiralled into an conversation about how such decor isn't as bad [[InsaneTrollLogic because of color theory]]. Despite the image and subsequent commentary on the color choice first appearing on Tumblr in January 2019, it didn't get really memed until August and September of 2021 -- many dark or violent looking images will be declared "friendly", "lively", or "perfect for a children's hospital" because of color theory.[[/labelnote]]

** LOW CUT, SEE-THROUGH, SHIRTS THAT MAKE YOU GO (continuation of inappropriate sound)[[labelnote:Explanation]]Lyrics from the 3OH!3 song STARSTRUKK is often parodied due to the odd sounds (ostensibly meant to represent a WolfWhistle) made during the course of the song, typically in the same vein as the "young man/gun" meme above.[[/labelnote]]

* Mousegirls/Mousegirl bartender. [[labelnote:Explanation]]After Tumblr user anarcho-skamunist made a post about a mousegirl bartender balancing a drink on her head, saying "it's on the mouse", another user, megapope, proceeded to interpret the '-girl' part of the joke as sexualizing the character, saying "you want to fuck down on an anime girl with certain characteristics of a rodent and everyone's gotta know." Several Tumblr users made fun of the sheer ridiculousness of megapope's interpretation, especially how megapope was the one insinuating the sexual connotations, or in some cases, made their own bartender mousegirl characters. Soon after, another post, made by girlfriedchicken with a similar joke about ordering a gaming mouse and recieving a mousegirl with pizza stains on her shirt, was also misinterpreted by another poster, frutee, who assumed the joke was sexualizing women rather than a mouse pun.[[/labelnote]]

Very quickly, mole interest started trending and even became the number one trending topic, even trending above 9/11. Many people began making posts related to moles to take part in the trend.[[/note]]

** 'going to eeby deeby for sleeby beeby crimes' [[labelnote:Explanation]]: combination of 'eeby deeby' and 'going to Turbo Hell for gay crimes' usually seen as a caption on photos of sleeping animals.[[/labelnote]]

* VideoGame/{{Facade}}, a game with AI-powered dialogue, spun into reaction images featuring the strange, stiff animation and the utterly bizarre responses the characters can give you, such as suddenly hostile reactions to "watermelons".[[note]]The game's AI takes any word containing "melon" as a derogatory remark referring to breasts. As a result, even casually mentioning the word "melons" in any form or context within the dialogue results in the player immediately being kicked out.[[/note]]

[[note]]Parodying the deluge of feelgood text posts which are meant to encourage inclusivity and boost people's self-esteem but are often seen as {{Glurge}}y and ineffectual. Often, [X] is replaced with something ridiculous like [[AcceptableTargets Minecraft YouTubers]] or an embarrassing OverlyNarrowSuperlative.[[/note]]

* "Do Not Interact" Banners. [[note]]People started posting banners of people they didn't want interacting with them, ranging from understandable (e.g. fetish bloggers and roleplayers, who had a tendency to hijack unrelated posts, or users who might springboard commentary off a deeply personal vent), to AcceptableTargets or groups they personally dislike (bigots/white people/bisexuals/communists/capitalists/meat eaters/trans men/etc.) to the nonsensical ([[ShipToShipCombat people who ship a certain pairing]], like a certain show, or hold a particular headcanon about a character). Sometimes made with series-specific characters on them acting as mouthpieces. The often exclusionary, slacktivist, or [[SeriousBusiness cheesy]] nature of such things leads to a lot of parodies (e.g. a [[WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse Lapis Lazuli]] banner stating "Jasper don't interact", a [[LiveAction/GameOfThrones Jon Snow]] banner stating "White Walkers don't interact", or a version saying "[[LighterAndSofter Everyone please interact]]").[[/note]]

* i love how tumblr users play with jpegs like dolls [[note]]A reply in a post from tumblr user g-a-y-g-o-y-l-e describing the tendency for users to rearrange the contents of various funny images, mixing and matching them to change the context. The post itself is usually screenshotted and appended to posts with a long string of these permutations.[[/note]]
