If they're using a lot of big words, it's SesquipedalianLoquaciousness. If they're tossing out [[TourettesShitcockSyndrome swear words]] just as frequenly, they're SophisticatedAsHell. The opposite of this, where a character speaks in highly-calculated terms, is SpockSpeak.
