She had her and her crush's souls transferred into robotic bodies to continue interacting with themselves and the outside world. Another example is the little ghost girl '2nd', made from Yukari's psychotic mind and is the younger sister of [[LivingToys Toaster]], she is phantasmal and yet also capable of touching people and physical objects.

* The ''RanmaOneHalf'' episodes with Kogane, although it is obvious she's a ghost. Also, when the negative energy from ranma's female persona was released, she became a female ghost. This has led to some confusion since when the positive energy from ranma's female persona was released, she was clearly alive. Both seem to share ranma's memories, but seem separated from them.

* In ''CharlieStCloud'', [[spoiler:Tess]] is a cute ghost girl, [[spoiler:except that her body is dying, not fully dead]].

* In MySims, you might get to see a CuteGhostGirl named Cassandra wandering around town. She is also the only source of the rare Ghost essence, which she'll drop if you be nice to her. Oddly enough, you can plant a Ghost essence and it'll grow into a Ghost tree that drops Ghost essences.

* ''UnlikeMinerva'' has Nina, the library ghost who is mildly fixated on the protagonist Brisbane. It's left ambiguous, though, as to whether she's actually a ghost or if she just [[RaisedByWolves grew up in the crawlspaces of the library]].

* Rota, the Rota gijinka from Roleplay/WeAreOurAvatars. Also, she was not born this way.

* Sayo Aisaka from ''MahouSenseiNegima''. A little more ghost-y than others, but mainly because nobody can see her. When they finally figure out she exists they start treating her like a normal girl. * Diana in {{Robocop}}: The Series. She was a former OCP secretary who died and transmogrified into becoming the 'face' and 'body' of the OCP supercomputer through monitors and holograms. She was literally a "Ghost in the machine".

* YourMileageMayVary, but the floating blob of light formally known as Lauryl isn't all that scary once you get to know her in ''{{Thief}} : Deadly Shadows''. Of course, the guards on the street don't seem to agree and flee in terror at the sight of her. For once, Garrett can take it easy with stealth in the City's streets. [[RuleOfFunny Funny stuff]].
