** Not really, actually. His dominate color is White, he is not fast at ALL, and is fundamentally "different" from a normal Rival. He's also not a Big Brother Mentor at all, but more like a White Haired Pretty Boy with Ho Yay Incarnated in Physical Form. If anything, Asuka would fit better, but she's a Trope on her own standing completely.
