* In the fifth stratum, you'll encounter Steel Acorns that occasionally "square up" one turn and then [[TakingYouWithMe explode]] the next, attempting to inflict the Stone ailment to the entire party, but without doing any damage at all. However, Stone status got a {{Nerf}} in this game by not being counted as death and by becoming temporary, wearing off after a random number of turns or after the battle ends. So if the only enemies left are Steel Acorns and they "square up", you can sit back and relax as [[StupidSacrifice they pointlessly explode and give you the win]].
