* The Demon Lord and the Supreme Deity, despite being moral enemies, have teamed up on two occasions: first to seal away their creator Chaos and then curse their children for falling in love with each other. ''Cursed by Light'' reveals that the second team up was because the Holy War is a means to carry out their purpose of fighting each other through their creations and that Melodias and Elzabeth's love threatened their parents' "balance". It could make sense that their fear that the Goddess and Demon races could abandon them for Chaos drove them to seal their parent, having no intention of forcing each other directly.

* Estarossa's Full Counter differs from the one used by Melodias and Chandler in that he reflects physical attacks rather then magical attacks. Then in ''Cursed by Light'', the Supreme Being uses the Ruler possessed by the Demon King to heal her body from physical attacks instead of magical attacks. This hints Estarossa's true nature as consequence.

In eastern mythology, dragons have a "reverse scale" on their throats and anyone else touching it sends them into an UnstoppableRage. Considering these draconic motifs and Meliodas' title of Dragon's Sin of Wrath, this makes sense in a meta way.

* Why does Meliodas' wanted poster look like [[spoiler: his brother, Estarossa?]] Because ten years has passed since the last time the Holy Knights saw him, and they assumed that he would age normally. So if Meliodas aged normally, he'd probably look like [[Estarossa]] right now!

** Only for this to be averted later when it's revealed that the reason Ban wasn't affected is because he actually didn't kill Melascula.

Since Liz hit him so frequently, I doubt Meliodas thinks he can 'get away with anything'. And it's not like he's disrespectful of other mortal characters when they have something he wants.

This is incorrect. As the Commandment of Love his power is to prevent violent actions from anyone who feels hatred. He didn't do anything, Meliodas was unable to complete the attack due to the hatred he felt against the Commandments. Additoinally, Meliodas was using a magical attack, Estarossa's power only works on physical attacks as it is the other side of the coin to Meliodas' Full Counter.

* Estarossa's being able to [[spoiler: stop Meliodas' Revenge Counter]] makes a lot more sense after his ability was revealed. He didn't stop it with his own strength, [[spoiler: he Counter Vanished it.]]

* Merlin's design actually makes a lot of sense if you think about her Arthurian DistaffCounterpart. In that regard, since she's a male version of the Arthurian Merlin (Who is part Incubus), her appearance makes sense if you take into account that she is possibly part Succubus.

* Not exactly. Satan and Lucifer are two different beings, one an outright demon, the other a fallen angel turned demon (Sometimes. It's also thought he might of been an earthly king too, since the name Lucifer only appears once in appears in one passage of the bible.) However due to osmosis it still makes fridge brilliance sense for these two to be evenly matched, [[spoiler:except in one minute of the day]]. Because as it stands now there's only a slight difference between Satan and Lucifer.
