[=SMG4=] seemed like he was [[FauxHorrific overreacting by calling it the most evil thing anyone has ever done]], [[FunnyAneurysmMoment but now that we know dead memes and irrelevant YouTubers go to their own afterlife in this universe]], it feels like [=SMG4=] and the other YouTubers were right to be concerned, [=SMG3=] wasn't just threatening their channels, [[CessationOfExistence but their very existence...]]

** First, Splatoon tends to use a new city and NPCs for each game. The only expection is the story mode NPCs and Agent 3 which is carried from the first game, but Meggy was not involved in that or future storylines.

* Why was Old Man Hobo killed with the other characters during the Lawsuit Arc? He's a VideoGame/{{Pokemon}} [=NPC=] and isn't an original character to the series. Is it because Franchise/{{Pokemon}} isn't completely owned by Creator/{{Nintendo}}? If so, why weren't characters like Franchise/{{Kirby}} killed?

* Similarly to the above, Desti’s death led to the Splatfest tournament in Meggy’s Destiny being the last Splatfest since a good chunk of the Splatfest money may have gone to Desti’s funeral. Add that to the money going into the tournament for that year being cancelled because of Francis’ schemes & the Splatfest committee ended up deciding to have the Final Splatfest come Meggy’s Destiny, mostly as a way to avoid financial problems.

* I noticed that, even by [=SMG4=] standards, Mr. Incredible ''[[NightmareFace never]]'' [[NightmareFace makes a normal face once.]] To fit with his meme, he's constantly stuck in the UncannyValley.

** Lawsuit arc: Meggy serves as [=SMG4's=] defence attorney against Lawyer Kong and leads the vocal section for the rap battle in War of the Fat Italians 2022, successfully convincing Judge Kirby to render the prosecution's Super DMCA contract void.
