** [[Series/KamenRiderWizard Haruto Souma]] refused to give into despair and become a monster, instead choosing to fight and become a shining light of hope for others who find themselves in despair. Another Wizard, on the other hand, used his powers not to help others but rather to fulfill his own hopes and dreams. Ultimately, he soon went over the DespairEventHorizon when his hope was crushed and became a monster. Also, notably, his magic powers are activated by simply announcing the spell's name, without saying "Please", as if he's a more rude and selfish version of Haruto.

*** Additionally, Eiji was a man with absolutely no desire, but gaining the power of Kamen Rider OOO, led to him (re-)discovering his desire to help people no matter where they are. Kuroto, on the other hand, lost sight of all his original goals once he became Another OOO, and became an aimless tyrant who only rules for the sake of it.

** [[Series/KamenRiderGhost Takeru Tenkuji]] became a ghost after death, offered to revive himself by an all powerful god, only to sacrifice that opportunity for the sake of others and to teach them the value of life. So in a way, Takeru’s life "burned brightly". Makimura refused the opportunity the Time Jackers gave him to save his own life, burned brightly during his last moments, only to become a puppet for Another Ghost in death, sustaining his own lifespan by consuming the souls of others. Which in a way, is taking the flames of another's life so that they can continue to burn brightly.

* Regarding how Sougo managed to even finish off Another Drive in the first place, Drive's power happen in full capacity when the proper emotion to use a given form gets set and attained at the time. Seeing Ora stab Heure and Another Drive mock the latter's death was enough to make Sougo [[IncrediblyLamePun driven]] with anger to become Grand Zi-O and summon Drive to help out on scrapping the Roidmude.

** [[Series/KamenRiderDouble Shotaro Hidari and Philip]] are men who would often use the former's late mentor's "count up your sins" motto and are eager to protect the smiles of their city, Fūto. Another Double on the other hand is [[BigBad Tid]]'s [[TheDragon second-in-command]] and leads an army of combatants to attack innocents, effectively making an entire town’s people crying in peril. And with his backstory of being a former fan of ''Kamen Rider'' who grew to hate the Riders for not being able to save anyone from the 2011 Tohoku earthquake, he essentially fights to ask the Riders to count up their sins of hollow heroism.

* Sougo mangling Double's catchphrase into telling his opponents to confess to their crimes makes sense, since he's a king and is ordering them to confess to what they have done. Additionally, given he knows he would become the EvilOverlord Oma Zi-O who would commit far too many sins to count, it's possible present-day Sougo recognises the inherent hypocrisy of him telling others to count up their crimes.

* It's fitting for Zi-O to use the Double Ridewatch against Kamen Rider Woz, as he is asking White Woz to ''count up the sins'' he committed in his pursuit of creating Miridewatches.

** [[Series/KamenRiderFourze Gentaro Kisaragi]] believes wholeheartedly in the PowerOfFriendship and willingly gave up his powers to inspire another to become a hero. Another Fourze, on the other hand, is a loner who strongly desires power and freaks out when his original power [[spoiler: as Another Faiz]] is fading away.
** [[Series/KamenRider555 Takumi Inui]] became a monster after dying and attempted to use his powers to save students from the massacre at Ryusei he ultimately failed to stop. Another Faiz became a monster after his friend died and used his powers to kill countless girls for the sake of his friend. In fact he's actually closer to Masato Kusaka [[spoiler:since he made a DealWithTheDevil to bring Mari BackFromTheDead, ''which was his own fault.'']]

** [[Series/KamenRiderDenO Ryotaro Nogami]] is an everyday man who gets drafted into the war against Imagins but gladly allows the benevolent ones to possess him to fight them. [[spoiler:Ataru Hisanaga]] however is a boy who gets possessed to become Another Den-O, but while being similar to Ryotaro, who's actually in control is different: the Taros are benevolent Imagin who wants to coexist with humanity, while the Another Den-O Watch possesses [[spoiler:Ataru]] as an unwilling host.

** [[Series/KamenRiderKuuga Yusuke Godai]] was a man who desired to protect the smiles of all no matter what, and in a meta sense, represents the revival of the Kamen Rider franchise into a new era. [[spoiler: Tid’s goal is to erase the Heisei riders from history to reduce them to little more than fictional characters and ultimately bring the end of their era and all those they protected. Absorbing Shingo to become Another Ultimate Kuuga is also a twisted form of Yusuke's motivation in life, using the smile of a fan of Kuuga to evolve further. Additionally, Another Kuuga has no thumbs, meaning Tid cannot replicate Yusuke's [[CharacterTics signature hand gesture]] to encourage others.]]
*** Furthermore, when Yusuke became Ultimate Kuuga, his desire to protect the smiles of others allowed him to resist Ultimate Form's UnstoppableRage, thus retaining Mighty Form's signature red eyes. [[spoiler: When Tid becomes Another Ultimate Kuuga, he immediately succumbs to its destructive impulses and changes his plans from conquering the world to destroying it, declaring that he's the only one who needs to smile.]]

*** [[spoiler: Hiryu's return as the new Overlord also contrasts their reasons of becoming said Overlord. Sougo wants to become one in order to protect the world even though his future counterpart has a seriously twisted ideology of that motive. Hiryu has no shame being a ruthless Overlord that ruined all of Japan as he cares more about ruining Sougo's life in the process.]]

** As for why Swimmer and Archer is a Best Match? Because of the way [[spoiler: Evolt set up the Best Match system, an archer would be capable of shooting and killing a swimmer in the water. Geiz even stops Another Build from using his swimmer powers with the Zikan Zax's [[EnergyBow Yumi Mode]].]]

** Another Fourze resembles the design of the Zodiarts with orange and red trails along his body, [[spoiler: and his transformation into Another Faiz is reminiscent of the ability for some users to evolve into Horoscopes, most specifically the Cancer Zodiarts' evolution after he was defeated as the Pegasus Zodiarts.]]

** Another Double's design brings to mind the Nazca Dopant, and the belt has an Egyptian bird design - while not based on a particular Dopant, the latter element would fit right in with the Dopants in the Sonozaki family's theme of antiquity-related Gaia Memories, [[spoiler: seeing as how the right half of Double is part of said family]]. The bandaged right half also brings to mind a mummy as well as Shroud's bandaged appearance, [[spoiler:as a nod to Shroud's identity as the right half of Double's mother.]]

*** [[spoiler: Since Kikai and Another Kikai are made from Sougo's imagination, then the symbolism is two-fold; Another Kikai and the Humanoise are made from the same idea: Sougo being alone as a child. They both persecute and attack people spontaneously and without mercy, likely a twisted memory of how Sougo saw his own isolated childhood. This, in turn, means that Another Kikai shares aspects with the Humanoise on a more fundamental level than previously thought.]]
** [[spoiler: Another Zi-O is confusing when you consider how Zi-O is an anniversary show and he has no minions or original monsters to face, but then take a look at his faceplate. It's a skinned human face. Because Zi-O fights [[HumansAreTheRealMonsters evil time traveling humans]].]]

* Related to the above FridgeBrilliance, the fact that Another Riders also [[spoiler: steal the history of the villains also means there’s little chance of the future becoming a nightmarish BadFuture because the villains won. So no Evolt destroying Earth, no Bugsters killing off players in a hopeless world wide MMORPG, no devastated Amanogawa High, no Smart Brain, and so on.]]

** After being beaten, Another Fourze turns back into [[spoiler: Another Faiz. Of course he does. Because after Four(ze) comes Five(Faiz/555)]].

** [[spoiler: This can also fit into the school theme as both Fourze and Faiz had big connections to the antagonists of their seasons (Ryūsei School was the location of the first major Orphnoch attack and was run under a former Smart Brain member, while Amanogawa High School was run by Mitsuaki Gamou in an effort to find Horoscope monsters).]]

* The reason Another OOO looks the most like the Rider it's based on? [[spoiler: Because the person using that power IS ANOTHER KAMEN RIDER!]]
** That and [[spoiler: Kuroto Dan actually has a personality that matches the original OOO, who was a evil king consumed with greed and desire, along with the willpower needed to wield a Rider’s powers. His monstrous traits as Another OOO is likely because he doesn’t have the heart of a Kamen Rider, a human heart that refuses to become a monster, especially since [[MoralityChain Poppy]] no longer exists.]]

** Not to Kuroto Dan it seems, it was implied he thinks of it as an ''upgrade'' instead when he first became Another OOO, claiming that the power of a '''King''' flowing through him surpassed the level of gods.
*** Technically, he isn't wrong. In Myth/ClassicalMythology, the Titans were once rulers of the universe until the gods overthrew them. In Dan's twisted mind, beating the gods as a king is his way of surpassing the old rulers.

* One thing I observed in ''Kamen Rider Zi-O'' is that there is this theme of not everything is black and white but mostly grey.

** In ''Film/KamenRiderHeiseiGenerationsFOREVER'', the ultimate plan of the BigBad is to [[spoiler:erase the entire Kamen Rider franchise. Part of that plan was for him to become Another Kuuga. Without Kuuga to open the way to a new era of Kamen Riders, the ''Franchise/KamenRider'' franchise would have never been restarted.]]

* This goes into Fridge Heartwarming. The flow of the arcs so far have strongly indicated that the flow of time tries to resist changes like the ones the Time Jackers are making, and because of that the Riders and the people close to them still gravitate together even though the stories that originally brought them together don't exist anymore. That includes the Another Riders, which is why nearly every original Rider has been found by hanging out near the Another Rider's stomping grounds. [[spoiler: In the case of people who outright can't exist in the new timeline anymore like Ā̃ṅkh, Eiji still wears a memento of him even though he has no reason to do that in the broken timeline.]] Time ''wants'' to go back to the way it was, much like how in ''[[Series/KamenRiderDenO Den-O]]'' the memories of people in the future would eventually correct any damage done to the past unless the damage was so severe that there was nobody left to remember what was supposed to have happened.

* As of episode 22, the show has debuted [[spoiler: Zi-O's MidSeasonUpgrade, Zi-O II. While at first this seems like a silly and lackluster name, it actually makes sense in the context of the show. Sougo is becoming a new king with that Ridewatch. The form isn't Zi-O #2, it's Zi-O ''the Second''.]]
** This also applies to [[spoiler: Geiz Revive. In the new timeline, Geiz defeated Ōma Zi-O. He ''revived'' the future.]]

** Another explanation? [[spoiler: The Future Riders use modified Zikū-Drivers because they’re creations of Sougo’s imagination and rather than coming with his own unique Drivers, Sougo simply adds some modifications to the only Driver he knows.]]
*** [[spoiler:Turns out they were created by Sougo’s dreams and his time manipulation made them into reality, so they are connected to a ''future'' evil, Ōma Zi-O.]]

*** [[spoiler: Alternatively, Woz was the latest Rider to join Sougo, until the EleventhHourSuperpower-appearance of Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi. This also applies to the alternate timeline, the Rider who used the power of Future Riders is now just a Rider that 'was'.]]

* Kamen Rider Geiz is nearly entirely red despite being the second rider and being more in line with an AntiHero. But then it's revealed a potential future [[spoiler:has him beating Ōma Zi-O and being considered the [[RedIsHeroic savior.]]]]
* Why the change from Another Riders based off primary Past Riders to Future Riders (Shinobi, Quiz, Kikai) or minor Riders (Ryūga)? Note that this change to Riders other than the primary Riders of each year happened right after Sougo obtained the Decade Ridewatch. It’s entirely possible that using the Decade Ridewatch, which gives the user the power of all nineteen Heisei Riders, allows Sougo to defeat the main Rider without having to obtain their Ridewatch. All he would have to do is set the Ride [=HeiSaber=] to whatever Rider he’s fighting and finish them off. This method, however, doesn’t work on Another Riders who aren’t main Heisei Riders, like the Future Riders or Ryūga.
** The [[WatsonianvsDoylist Watsonian reason]] that Another Ryūga is used instead of Ryūki? Because Ryūga is ''already'' the EvilTwin of Ryūki. In the same way that Another Αgitω is already the EvilTwin of the normal Αgitω, Ryūga is an already existing template of what an inverted Ryūki would look like. Not to mention, Another Ryūga is [[spoiler:made from Dark Shinji, who is already an inversion of the real Shinji by nature.]]

* In theory, White Woz and Black Woz represent the bad sides of the ones who oppose each Rider's future. White Woz is a smug KnightTemplar [[spoiler:who can influence the future]], matching Ōma Zi-O's arrogance and control over time. Black Woz is a pragmatic [[TheChessmaster chessmaster]], mirroring Geiz's very direct approach with Tsukuyomi's educative approach of trying to convince Sougo to change his future by his own choice by simply telling him how bad it's going to be if he doesn't change.

* ''Series/KamenRiderDecade'' gave its main riders subtractive color themes (magenta for Decade, cyan for [=DiEnd=], and gold instead of yellow for Kuuga). ''Zi-O'' does the same for the riders' visors, with Zi-O having magenta, Geiz having yellow, and Woz having cyan. This is most obvious with [[spoiler: Zi-O Trinity, which unites the power of all three riders]].

** The blue colored Geiz Revive Shippū represents the "kill Sougo" decision. It is a speed based form representing this decision being the quicker way to deal with the problem. It having a lower defense stat represents how easy it can be for Geiz to lose himself and his morals if he goes down this path.
** The orange colored Geiz Revive Gōretsu represents the "befriend and guide Sougo" decision. It is strength based, representing the strength Geiz needs to resist the temptation of the other path. Its lower speed stat represents this decision being the slower of the two.
*** [[spoiler:However, Geiz Revive is a DeadlyUpgrade, slowly killing Geiz by rapidly expanding and contracting time around him. [[DeathsHourglass Hourglasses are often used to symbolize the length of one’s time on Earth]], and when it runs out, one dies. In a poetic sense, Geiz Revive is robbing “sand” from Geiz’s own “hourglass“.]]
* How come Another Zi-O’s date is 2019 rather than Zi-O’s actual year of origin, 2018? Because 2019 is the year Zi-O truly starts to gain his own powers separate from the Ridewatches of past riders, in the form of the Zi-O II Ridewatch, which also explains why Another Zi-O has CombatClairvoyance.

* In the series, there are two characters who seemed to share the [[Series/KamenRiderBuild Guardian]] mold, which are Kamen Rider Kikai and Kasshin, the latter being Ōma Zi-O's servant. As we explored that Kikai [[spoiler:is a product of Sougo's childhood toy robot given life from his growing power as Ōma Zi-O]], one can argue that Kasshin would have Kikai's analogue in Ōma Zi-O's timeline.

* After being revealed as [[spoiler: the one who instilled the desire to become king into Sougo]], Swartz forcing his candidates to become Another Riders makes more sense. [[spoiler: He’s already got his perfect candidate for becoming Ōma Zi-O so why bother searching for another candidate? Turning people into Another Riders is likely just to keep the other Time Jackers from getting suspicious and to keep the timeline going the way he believes it should.]]
** [[spoiler:Also by creating weaker Another Riders, he's forces Sougo to gather the Heisei Rider powers as he wants while making it harder for Sougo to lose.]]
* Back in Episode 16, even though Ōma Zi-O was erased from existence, the Dai Mazines and Kasshin still existed, and Swartz was even able to reprogram the Kasshin in the present to assassinate Geiz and Sougo. [[spoiler: With the revelations of #27, it makes sense: The Dai Mazines and Kasshin were never made by ''Ōma Zi-O'', they were made by ''Swartz'', who would know how to control them better than anyone.]]

* [=DiEnd=] uses a Dimensional Wall from ''Decade'' to reveal the person he's been working with, [[spoiler:Ōma Zi-O]], who exists in ''the future'' instead of an alternate reality. This is not without precedent; the shimmery wall was all that was needed to go from the [[Series/KamenRiderBlackRX World of Black RX]] to the [[Series/KamenRiderBlack World of Black]], which was really ''the year before''.

* The last scene of ''Rider Time: Kamen Rider Ryūki'' has [[spoiler: the Dragreder and Darkwing Advent Cards disintegrating when Shinji tosses them in the air]]. Given how Ridewatches usually work, [[spoiler: of ''course'' they would disappear. They're not really supposed to be there since there's already Ryūki and Knight Ridewatches]].

* At first I was confused by how in #39 [[spoiler: the Grand Zi-O Ridewatch was made both without the Drive Ridewatch being formed, and why the Den-O Ridewatch wasn't assimilated into it, and instead was still in his hand. Then it hit me; To answer the first problem, the Drive Ridewatch that Geiz brought back was likely a decent substitute for Grand Zi-O. To answer the second one, the lights that went from the Ridewatches into Sougo's hand were likely not the Ridewatches themselves, but instead aspects of their power and Rider histories, to help craft Grand Zi-O's Ridewatch. The Ridewatches are likely still on the Ridewatch Daizer.]]
** [[spoiler: Adding onto this, the real reason Ōma Zi-O stated that Sougo would need to make his own Drive Ridewatch and complete the collection? The movie form answers it: Zi-O's ''Ōma Form''. It's possible that in Ōma Zi-O's timeline, when he got all of the other Ridewatches he got both Grand Zi-O and Ōma Zi-O's Ridewatches at the same time, and fused the powers together into what we see in 2068. But Sougo [[ImperfectRitual only got Grand Zi-O due to not having an original Drive Ridewatch]].]]
** The troper think the above point is rendered moot as it is explicitly stated in [[spoiler: Zi-O arc that Zi-O directly became Ōma Zi-O on the Day of Ōma without the creation of the Grand Zi-O Ridewatch as it didn't exist at all in Ōma Zi-O's timeline just like the creation of the Zi-O Trinity Ridewatch in the ''Blade (♠)'' arc]].
** The above points are {{Jossed}} since TheMovie came out. [[spoiler:Sougo gained his Drive Ridewatch in the movie and the Grand Zi-O form remains the same only that its full ''power'' is complete since he has complete control over Drive's abilities. As for Oma Form, it was given by Oma Zi-O's intervention to stop the BigBad who even he hates and Sougo uses the power to go into Oma Form to give him powers of not just 20 Heisei Riders but also ''beyond'' that.]]
*** This troper believes that [[StatingTheSimpleSolution the simple solution]] here is that without Sougo collecting his own Drive Ridewatch, there will be a StableTimeLoop: he got Drive's powers because Geiz stole it, and eventually those are the powers Geiz stole.

* This may be coming a bit late, but I was reviewing how [[spoiler:Geiz Revive was killing Geiz when he initially used it, and how the weakness was removed. The producers said it was due to adapting to the power, but what if that wasn't the full reason? White Woz was aware that Geiz could die. Hell, he even expected it. It's possible that in the Revive timeline, Geiz ''did'' die, as a HeroicSacrifice to stop Ōma Zi-O. And him continuously receiving damage was related to that. But when the Revive timeline was no longer guaranteed and Geiz stopped fighting Zi-O, Geiz wasn't fated to die anymore, therefore allowing him to adapt to Revive's power.]]

** The other time he doesn't announce Sougo's new form (at least at first) is when Sougo [[spoiler: ''actually becomes Oma Zi-O'']]. However, in this case, it's not so much he didn't feel the need to announce it, but rather, ''he didn't expect that he would be able to'' - by that point in the show, [[spoiler: Woz likely has accepted that this version of Sougo won't become the same kind of king as Oma Zi-O]] - if you pay attention to Woz's voice after [[spoiler: Sougo's transformation into Oma Zi-O]], it's a mixture of hesitation and surprise.

* [[spoiler:Tsukasa's death in ''Zi-O VS Decade'' could likely imply as him passing more of the anniversary Rider mantle to Sougo.]]

* The victims that became Another Riders. They were transformed from the year a Kamen Rider has first appeared but where were they and what they were doing? Another Build spent a year and he did a lot of damage. What happens if Another Rider has been around for 20 years like Another Kuuga?
** Actually addressed with Another Fourze[[spoiler:/Another Faiz]]. The heroes were able to find clues in the news from all over the time period [[spoiler: of ''15 years''.]]

*** Also if you think about it with how history changes work with ''Series/KamenRiderDenO'', those changes are probably small and insignificant, because those people aren't people whose life or death would cause a big change in history. They are just normal civilians unlike more important historic figures such as the Kamen Riders who are erased from history.

** On the other hand, [[spoiler:his SuperMode is called Geiz ''Revive'']].

* Geiz already having the Drive and Ghost Ridewatches. Doesn't seem like a horror until you remember that Anotherwatches and Ridewatches in essence ''steal'' the 'lives' of Kamen Riders, It means Geiz has already dealt with the Another Riders of Ghost and Drive, which means [[spoiler: TAKERU COULD BE DEAD!]]
** But on the other hand, "stealing the lives of Kamen Riders" seemingly extends to their backstories, so that part could be removed together with [[spoiler:becoming Kamen Rider Ghost]] for his case.
*** On the other hand, this could mean that [[spoiler: Gammaland is surely dead by now, which means Alain could be dead as well]]. Still dark.
** And what about [[Series/KamenRiderDrive Shinnosuke]]? Geiz having his Ridewatch would mean Kamen Rider Drive no longer exists too.
*** But that also implies a lot of losses were averted and that Krim Steinbelt is alive and well.
** A moot point in the end: he HADN'T dealt with Another Ghost or Drive. [[spoiler:He stole the Ridewatches from Ōma Zi-O before time traveling to the past]].

** People who lost their lives to Bugsters and ''Kamen Rider Chronicle'' now have a second chance at life [[spoiler:after being denied that by Masamune]].

*** Actually he shouldn't even be alive when he goes help Sougo if we go by the logic that the Rider's enemy is erased also? Takumi is only a Orphnoch when he died sometime before ''Series/KamenRider555'' started and revived as one. If he died, he can't revive as a Orphnoch as Orphnoch doesn't exist so he should still be dead.
*** It is possible that what's being erased is only everything from the first time the Rider exist. As Faiz only start existing long after Takumi was revived as an Orphnoch and long after the Ryusei School incident, Takumi and Kusaka are still alive.

** The people who died to the Smash, Bugsters, Gamma, Roidmudes, Inves, Greeed and Yummy, Dopants, Fangire, Imagin, Worms, Makamō, Undead, Orphnochs, Mirror Monsters, Lords, and Gurongi are alive.
*** Although in the case of erasing the [[Series/KamenRiderRyuki Mirror Monsters and possibly the Mirror World]], this guarantees Yui Kanzaki's death at the hands of her neglectful parents and with no Mirror World version of her, Shirō would have to live the rest of his days alone.

*** Actually there's still plenty of Inves in Helheim in the ''[[Series/KamenRiderGaim Gaim]]'' arc, which only adds ''more'' fridge horror - what if the evil that was erased wasn't the monsters, but ''Yggdrasill''? Nobody to study the Cracks, create Drivers and Lockseeds, and put some kind of restraint over Helheim, which is still better than nothing...
** [[spoiler:[[Series/KamenRiderW Philip]], or rather Raito, would have a normal family, though he might have died instead]].
*** However this is mitigated by the fact that Another Riders may even cause more damage than them and that they are all candidates to become the next demon king of the future, but then again that is another kind of horror.
*** A possible point of travelling to the past to defeat an Another Rider within the brief moment of their creation is to prevent them from starting any damage to begin with. Also unconfirmed, but the defeat of an Another Rider may also erase ''themselves'' from history, undoing whatever damage they may have already done up to that point. (Such as when Karin disappeared within mere moments after Another Fourze was permanently defeated in the present.)

* The reveal that Sougo has the power to [[spoiler:manipulate the future so it happens as he dreams it is horrifying just due to how powerful Sougo really is. Especially since Sougo essentially made Kikai happen subconsciously, a timeline where humanity is driven to the brink of extinction against machines that have taken over most of the world, makes you realize that Sougo is essentially a RealityWarper. It's honestly not shocking that Ōma Zi-O became as bad as he did when you see just how much [[DrunkOnPower power he's hiding.]]]]
* The victims the Another Riders capture are only rarely shown to return after the fact. Some of them get spared due to having to time travel and beat them in their own year, but others are captured in the past right in front of Zi-O and Geiz. * What if Tsukuyomi and Geiz abandoning Sougo was the catalyst for Sougo to become Ōma Zi-O? Had they just trusted Sougo a bit more, believe in him to make the right choice, and stayed by his side, maybe Ōma Zi-O never would have been born.
** Or rather, [[spoiler:with the reveal that Tsukuyomi was the one who seemingly orchestrate the bus accident that Sougo and Hiryu were inside]], does this mean that the whole BadFuture thing was Ōma Zi-O throwing his temper tantrum at humanity for all the miserable things happened in his childhood?
*** [[spoiler: It's since been revealed that it wasn't Tsukuyomi who caused the bus crash, it was Swartz who was the man Sougo saw in his dream who inspired him to become a king.]]
** Well, this is correct as of the final episode: [[spoiler:Geiz begging him to become Oma Zi-O and dying sends Sougo over the edge, Another Decade (Swartz) killing Tsukuyomi was the last straw.]]
* With everything that's revealed in #27, one must wonder [[spoiler: just [[ParanoiaFuel how much of Sougo's life was manipulated]] by Swartz to set up Ōma Zi-O. From his friendless childhood (his best friend was a toy robot for Pete's sake) to his school activities, ''anything goes'' if it means [[TheLongGame manipulating Sougo to have the right mindset]] to become his PuppetKing. He's like [[ComicBook/TheFlash Professor Zoom]] but with Rider powers.]]
** [[spoiler:#28 reveals that Sougo already had time powers before Swartz got his hands on him, if Swartz's surprised expression is anything to go by. With #32 further revealing that naturally-born Time Jackers are rare, it makes one wonder about Sougo's true origins.]]
** [[spoiler:The latter is further exacerbated with the reveal in #43 that natural time powers are exclusive to the royal family Swartz and Tsukuyomi belong to. These points are eventually are rendered moot when it turns out that Swartz and Tsukuyomi are from another timeline, separate from the World of Zi-O.]]
** [[spoiler: Episode 46/47 reveal that Swartz's plan has a full StableTimeLoop in place to control Sougo. Either he takes the option that kills his friends, he loses, or he becomes Oma Zi-O. It's implied in this statement that Swartz has done this [[ParanoiaFuel multiple times]]. How many times has he looped Sougo's past? How many times has he crafted an Oma Zi-O, only to start over and modify another variable in the loop? Forget Professor Zoom, he just turned into [[VideoGame/BlazBlue Hazama]].]]
* With the [[RetGone disappearance]] of White Woz due to his timeline isn't exist anymore, what is ''happening to Kamen Rider Shinobi and Quiz?'' Are they ''even'' exist especially for Kagura in ''Rider Time: Kamen Rider Shinobi'' and after Mondou reunion with his father?
** [[spoiler:Considering they probably hail from random timelines created by Sougo unwittingly due to his time powers, they're probably just fine.]]
** What about Geiz and Tsukuyomi? What are the chances that if the timeline gets changed so much that they also endangered their existence in the future?
*** It's already explained. To a degree, anyways. [[spoiler:When SOUGO Tokiwa was defeated, the timeline up to that point was rewriten, erasing Tsukuyomi and Geiz. However since Oma Zi-O's trigger, as revealed in the last episode, is his loneliness, the two were brought back.]] Likewise, in the final episode there's another one: [[spoiler:Sougo used all his power to remake the worlds, including his own, in such a way that Geiz and Tsukuiyomi were always part of his world. And as evident of Woz's presence, this means Sougo can still become Oma Zi-O, but the buildup to that would happen differently.]]

* A Spoiler yet not: On the opening sequence, we see Geiz wearing a tattered poncho which he takes off and throws away. that same poncho appears (lands) at 2068 Oma Zi-O's feet on the next sequence. Just before taking it off, Geiz is wiping blood from his mouth. It told us the origin of 2068 Oma Zi-O [[spoiler:(And Schwartz's ongoing plan)]] since the very beginning.

* in Episode 21 White Woz has stated that his future is a "everlasting peace as if time itself has stopped". And in episode 46 [[spoiler:he mentions that the Another World is "A place of repose, where time stands still for eternity".]]

** [[Series/KamenRiderKuuga Yusuke Godai]] was a man who desired to protect the smiles of all no matter what, and in a meta sense, represents the revival of the Kamen Rider franchise into a new era. [[spoiler: Tid’s goal is to erase the Heisei riders from history to reduce them to little more than fictional characters and ultimately bring the end of their era and all those they protected. Absorbing Shingo to become Another Ultimate Kuuga is also a twisted form of Yusuke's motivation in life, using the smile of a fan of Kuuga to evolve further. Additionally, Another Kuuga has no thumbs, meaning Tid cannot replicate Yusuke's MemeticHandGesture to encourage others.]]

** Ginga also factors into this, if one assumes he was also created by Sougo's timeline powers. He's a villainous ruler with astonishing power who comes out of nowhere to ruin people's lives. Sound familiar? He's how Sougo sees Ōma Zi-O, his own future self. His fears of what he could become ended up creating a creature that is almost exactly like Ōma Zi-O. They have multiple similar traits in their Rider costumes, which is likely not a coincidence. Hell, Ginga even has a BadassBaritone similar to Ōma Zi-O's.

** [[Series/KamenRiderDouble Shotaro Hidari and Philip]] are men who would often use the former's late mentor's "count up your sins" motto and are eager to protect the smiles of their city, Fūto. Another Double on the other hand is [[BigBad Tid]]'s [[TheDragon second-in-command]] and leads an army of combatants to attack innocents, effectively making an entire town’s people crying in peril.

** Another Double's design brings to mind the Nazca Dopant, and the belt has an Egyptian bird design - while not based on a particular Dopant, the latter element would fit right in with the Dopants in the Sonozaki family's theme of antiquity-related Gaia Memories, [[spoiler: seeing as how the right half of Double is part of said family]].

** Odin suffering from BadassDecay is because this Odin is an ''actual'' person that willingly transforms but doesn't take advantage of its {{Story Break|erPower}}ing abilities like the TeleportSpam and TimeMaster powers and only relies on its powerful FinishingMove. Meanwhile the Odin that Shirō {{Mind Control}}s to do his bidding are always UnskilledButStrong, but they always used their GameBreaker abilities to have an edge in the middle of the battle.

** '''Kuuga'''/'''Shinobi''': Both were the first of their respective sets (Heisei and Future Riders) and were mystical-based.

* Saber never existed in Ohma’s original timeline, giving Sougo a similar advantage to Geiz Revive, which was similarly derived from powers that didn’t exist in Ohma’s timeline.

* When Ōma Zi-O said that the power of Grand Zi-O isn't a match for his power, this may be a case of BadassBoast for Ōma Zi-O but he actually pulls off a VillainHasAPoint towards Sougo:

* This may be coming a bit late, but I was reviewing how [[spoiler: Geiz Revive was killing Geiz when he initially used it, and how the weakness was removed. The producers said it was due to adapting to the power, but what if that wasn't the full reason? White Woz was aware that Geiz could die. Hell, he even expected it. It's possible that in the Revive timeline, Geiz ''did'' die, as a HeroicSacrifice to stop Ōma Zi-O. And him continuously receiving damage was related to that. But when the Revive timeline was no longer guaranteed and Geiz stopped fighting Zi-O, Geiz wasn't fated to die anymore, therefore allowing him to adapt to Revive's power.]]

* The riders of Quartzer are all based off "lost" Heisei riders, usually in groups of three. Woz being a part of Quartzer fits this same mold as well; his abilities are based off the future riders, or Heisei riders who didn't exist yet.

* For all the talk of Oma Zi-O being a great evil, he's never seen making the first attack, he always acts defensively or counters. Likewise it's implied that the Resistance was the one attacking him first. Could it be that Swartz manipulated the Resistance against Oma Zi-o in an attempt to erase the only power that could stop him in the future?

** [[Series/KamenRiderDecade Tsukasa Kadoya]]: was at the time of his series the latest incarnation of the ''[[BiggerBad fucking Great Leader of Shocker]]'', making him the oldest, greatest evil in the ''Franchise/KamenRider'' multiverse. At 68 years old in 2068, Ōma Zi-O would certainly be the oldest, greatest evil Kamen Rider ever.

** Also why Grand Zi-O would never beat Oma Zi-O even if he had gotten the Drive Ridewatch from anyone of the Drive cast: Grand Zi-O only channels the Primary Heisei Riders powers and can summon them, Oma Zi-O instead uses EVERY HEISEI RIDER POWER AT THE SAME TIME, even Movie Riders and from Specials. Thats the power of 20 riders against the power of almost 90 riders at once. Grand Zi-O was never coming close.

* Kiriya becoming Hibiki in Zi-O mirrors how an AU Asumu became Hibiki in Decade (and in a [[GagEpisode Hyper Battle Video]]. In other words, despite fighting each other for their mentor's approval, in the end, they're ''both'' worthy of inheriting the name of Hibiki.
