''Manga/DragonBall'' isn't an irrelevant prequel to ''Anime/DragonBallZ'' where the story "truly" begins, Goku is not an inherently superheroic character and the "light of the universe", and Dragon Ball was in no way a flop until it was brought to Creator/{{Toonami}}, among a great many others.

* Do not refer to the ''Creator/StudioGhibli'' films as "Miyazaki movies" or "Miyazaki films"

* Listing ''LightNovel/StrawberryPanic'' as your favorite yuri will sort of brand you as a noob to the genre, since, while popular, it's well-known to anyone who has watched/read more than a few yuri series that it's an AffectionateParody of the genre that takes a lot of its plots and characters from other series.

* Do not refer to the '"Creator/StudioGhibli'' films as "Miyazaki movies" or "Miyazaki films".

* ''Anime/UzakiChanWantsToHangOut'': Don't ''ever'' refer to Uzaki-chan as a child or say she has the body of a child. She's a short ([[BuxomIsBetter but extremely busty]]) 19- to 20-year-old college student.

It's spelled with a ''small'' "tsu" character, which is not read as "tsu", but doubles the following consonant.[[note]] The English subtitles use the incorrect latter spelling and Creator/RichardIanCox pronounces it "Tett-sai-ga", which admittedly is closer to the correct pronunciation than the subs are.[[/note]]

* ''Anime/LittleWitchAcademia'': Andrew is not Akko's LoveInterest. While the two were originally planned to be lovers at one point, this has since been [[WhatCouldHaveBeen scrapped]] and the two are strictly friends in the final product (despite some minor ShipTease), with series creator Yoh Yoshinari describing them as having a "sort of playful guy-guy relationship" in [[https://twitter.com/nataflare/status/879391041274523648 one interview]]. Saying that Andrew is canonically Akko's lover is a sure fire way to get you corrected and/or mocked by more knowledgeable fans.
