** Wallet Guy- The guy in ''[[Film/BackToTheFuturePartII Part II]]'' that tells Biff where Marty went after Marty knocks Biff out. Called 'CPR Guy' in the script (since he asked Marty what CPR is after he mentions it, [[DontExplainTheJoke CPR not having been invented in 1955]]) but he says he thinks Marty took Biff's wallet at least three times in his scene.

** “Mosu” for Mothra (an abbreviation of her Japanese name, Mosura).

*** The older, [[CrownOfHorns spikier]] female [[ContinuityCameo seen in]] [[Film/GodzillaKingOfTheMonsters2019 KOTM]] is referred to either as Barbmuto (or just Barb) after her nickname during production or as Bosmuto because the scene where we first get a good look at her was set in [[UsefulNotes/Boston Boston, Massachusetts]].

*** Other members of the species have also gotten stuck with this to a somewhat lesser degree- Barbmuto (or just Barb) for the older, [[CrownOfHorns spikier]] female [[ContinuityCameo seen in]] [[Film/GodzillaKingOfTheMonsters2019 KOTM]], and Primuto for MUTO Prime from the tie-in graphic novels.

** After its use in ''FanFic/TheBridge'', some fans have taken to calling Spacegodzilla 'Xenilla'. In a way it is [[FridgeBrilliance still saying the canon name]] as "Xeno" means “space or alien” in Ancient Greek, and "-illa" is derived from Godzilla. [[RuleOfCool Just sounds cooler to some]].

*** "Josstice League", used to deride the changes made to the movie by Creator/JossWhedon out of ExecutiveMeddling and to better distinguish it from the [[Film/ZackSnydersJusticeLeague version of Snyder]]. The latter will probably be forever known as "The Snyder Cut".

*** The Senate – from the scene in ''Film/RevengeOfTheSith'' where he does a Sun King and tells Mace Windu "I am the Senate".
*** Frank - similar to the above nickname, he says to Padme that "I must be frank, your majesty" during ''Film/ThePhantomMenace''.

** JB-007 for the Stormtrooper guarding Rey when she was captured in the Starkiller Base on account of him being portrayed by Creator/DanielCraig. His canon designation number is FN-1824.

** "Snyderman", a derogatory nickname for the universe's version of Superman introduced in ''Film/ManOfSteel'', named after Creator/ZackSnyder.

** Raptor Lord - For Creator/{{Chris Pratt}}'s character, [[FluffyTamer Owen Grady]], in ''Film/JurassicWorld'' due to Pratt's previous role as Star-Lord in ''Film/GuardiansOfTheGalaxy''.

** Maguro-san (Mr. Tuna) - a nickname given to Zilla by the japanese fanbase because of a line in ''Film/GodzillaFinalWars''. Where Zilla is reffered to as a "tuna eating monster" (tuna head in the english dub) by The Controller of Planet X.

** Americanator- the nameless Pretender from ''Film/TransformersRevengeOfTheFallen'' who tries to seduce Sam in the guise of a college student called "Alice." Based on the fact that, according to Wiki/TheOtherWiki, his real form resembles Alice from ''Literature/AliceInWonderland'', thus making it an "evil Alice," like the [[VideoGame/AmericanMcGeesAlice American McGee one]].

** ''Batman vs. Wolverine'' - the movie itself due to being one of the most [[MemeticMutation memetic]] examples of Role Association in recent history. Likewise, nobody refers to the characters by their names. ''Ever''. Instead, Borden is Franchise/{{Batman}}, Angier is {{Wolverine}}, Cutter is [[Franchise/{{Batman}} Alfred]], Alley is [[Film/TheLordOfTheRings Gollum]], and UsefulNotes/NikolaTesla is [[Film/{{Labyrinth}} Jareth the Goblin King]].

* ''Franchise/{{Hellraiser}}'': The character who came to be known as Pinhead was unnamed in the first film, and listed in the credits simply as "Lead Cenobite." The name was coined by the makeup crew and does not appear in the dialogue until the third movie.

** Tickle chicken: The ''Therezinosaurus'' in ''Film/JurassicWorldDominion'' because it has feathers and extremely long hand claws.
