This is a giant slap in the face to Episode 105, which explicitly stated that Stumpy wished give his friends would be more tolerant of his disability nightmares ForTheEvulz, and be nice to him. What's the point Kaeloo retaliates by transforming and knocking him out so he will also experience a nightmare, which is a justified punishment. What ''isn't'' justified is that Mr. Cat's nightmare was so bad that it induced some kind of them being so tolerant of a diasability panic attack, and once Mr. Cat wakes up, Kaeloo tells Mr. Cat that he doesn't even have?deserved that and then starts talking to the audience in a cheerful voice while Mr. Cat is curled up, shaking like a leaf, and staring off into the distance, barely registering her presence. The episode basically depicts a scared child with anxiety suffering from an anxiety attack while his best friend, the closest thing he has to family, tells him he deserves to suffer and then ignoring him.
