The Deutragonist of the story, Lucario is out on his own journey to hunt down and kill Silver, who was created from him by Ganondorf. He believes that all the horrible things Silver does and the people he hurts are all his responsibility, and works hard to end his Crisis as quickly as possible. He's very Cynical and prefers to work alone and not involve anyone else, hesitant to even bring Lucas along due to this mentality.

* TheCynic: Has a generally pessimistic outlook on humans and how they act, going as far as to isolate himself from them [[spoiler: for over 10 years after being betrayed and abandoned by his own Trainer.]]

So he had [[spoiler: Rope Snake hide a Silver Arrow in Lucario’s tail, and his death allows Lucario the chance to pierce Silver with it]], ending the fight once and for all.

He then meets Lucario, the original being from which Silver was created, who explains the situation to him, and he resolves to go on a journey with Lucario to save Ness and bring him back home.
