* AmnesiacHero: As revealed by [[spoiler:Nea]], who states Allen lost his memories of him and his past before [[spoiler:he became younger]].

* TheHero: Allen always arrives to protect everyone and he tries to save everyone -- humans and Akuma alike.

* EvenTheLovingHeroHasHatedOnes: Allen [[AllLovingHero loves everyone]] and will put himself in danger to ensure he can save as much people as possible. Even [[SympathyForTheDevil the Akuma and the Noah]] are not exception to this, as he fights to release the former from their miserable existence and attempted to save Tyki (someone who almost killed him) from the crumbling Ark. However, only two individuals so far have managed to get his grudge: the Millennium Earl (because he's the one who turned Mana into an Akuma and is the cause of the birth and grief of the Akuma) and Apocryphos (whom he detests cause he apparently killed Cross, even insulting him to his face when he proposed the idea of merging with him). He also came to despise the Third Exorcists for willingly becoming half-Akuma hybrids, but eventually warmed up to them after knowing their circumstances.

* EveryoneHasStandards: While he's really sympathetic to the plight of the Akuma and mercifully kills them to honor Mana, there are some instances where an Akuma has committed acts so malevolent even he forgets about his promise and tries to destroy them with zero remorse. Examples include the time when the Pierrot Akuma mortally wounds Lala and Guzol to get the Innocence of the doll (which enrages Allen so much his anger forces his Innocence to change to a more destructive shape) or when the Level 3s who came with Lulu Bell kill several of the scientists of the Order's lab, with Allen outright saying [[ThisIsUnforgivable he will not forgive any of them]]. Also, the Level 4 Akuma proves to be so hideous and downright horrifying to Allen that he displays no sympathy at all while fighting it, only want to destroy the Level 4 as soon as possible.

* In the Noah's ark he asks the place to bring back his allies while playing the piano. It works.

** One memory Allen refuses to budge on is how Mana ''died''. As he told Kanda, Allen found that Mana passed away in his sleep while they were staying in a church, leading to Allen burying him before being approached by the Millennium Earl, upon which Mana was revived as an Akuma, cursed Allen, and was then slain by Allen's Innocence. As Kanda points out though, that ''too'' is likely a fake memory, as Mana ''is'' the Millennium Earl beneath the FatSuit. [[spoiler:This prompts Kanda to ask to see Mana's grave, angering Allen enough to cause a fight over the idea of digging it up. Allen only concedes when Kanda points out [[NotSoDifferentRemark he too thought Alma Karma was dead but turned out to be wrong]], forcing Allen to accept his memory might not be what happened and, if only for the sake of closure, they ''have'' to check Mana's "grave".]]

* EvenTheGuysWantHim: So do [[RobotBuddy Komeurin III]], [[FriendlyEnemy Tyki Mikk]], maybe [[{{Keet}} Lavi]], as well as [[AmbiguouslyGay Jeryy]].

* TheNotLoveInterest: The ShipTease between Allen and Lenalee is ridiculous especially when the former hugs her and say "I love Lenalee.. and everybody in the Order". Hoshino kept drawing them in her site with tease after that.

* TheWorldIsJustAwesome: How Red/Allen started loving the world minutes after meeting Mana.

* WouldNotHurtAGirl: Allen claims he is a gentleman and would never raise his hand against Lenalee even for a competition but Road is another thing.

* TheNotLoveInterest: The ShipTease between Allen and Lenalee is ridiculous especially when the former hugs her and say "I love Lenalee.. and everybody in the Order". Hoshino kept drawing them in her site with tease after that.
* TheWorldIsJustAwesome: How Red/Allen started loving the world minutes after meeting Mana.a

* {{Archenemy}}: To the Earl. Although he is not very famous when the series begins, the more the Earl hears about him, the more shocked and depressed he acts the more he thinks about Allen.

* ClearMyName: Mistaken for a criminal in the first chapter and it gets even worse when learning about Nea.

* DistressedDude: When Tyki destroys his Innocence, he insists that he should train all over again to the return to the battlefield. His companions don't are gainst forcing him.
