* AdaptationalVillainy: In the game the reason why [[spoiler:he killed two of Alyssa's classmates was because they were bullies that were harassing her]]. In the Drama CD however, [[spoiler:he kills three of her classmates for no reason]].

* VoicesAreMental: Played straight in the English localization, when Bates takes over Alyssa body, the voice coming out from her mouth is definitively masculine and voiced by a different actor. Averted in the original Japanese, however; while Yuu and Sho still don't share the same voice actress, Sho is still voiced by a woman (Fujiko Takimoto in the game, Houko Kuwashima in the Drama CD) who gives him a deeper, rougher register than the soft-spoken Yuu.
