** At one point, after two of his mooks pick him up, he's driving and ranting about everything happening that night while looking everywhere but where's he going. The two others in the car pointedly buckle their seat belts.

* NervesOfSteel: When Hi-Hatz pulls his gun and threatens Moses, the rest of the gang respond by pulling out their melee weapons and getting ready for whatever comes. Notably, they support Moses completely and don't display any sign of backing up.

* ItsPersonal: He is ''seriously'' pissed off about the female alien scaring the crap out of him and slashing his face, and vows to kill it. Throughout the film he's fairly stoic, but his anger here is a sign that he's likely dealing with some serious anger issues due to his situation, but generally keeps them well under control.
* PunchPunchPunchUhOh: When the first alien is hiding in the shed, Moses tells the others to stay back so he can deal with it himself, then charges into the shed. Apparently the alien was too tough to deal with one on one, becaue he immediately calls for help less than two seconds after entering the shed.

* PetTheDog: After they kill the alien attacking the garbage bin he's hiding in (they then hide in it themselves because the police are close by), he calls them Probs and Mayhem instead of Reginald and Gavin. They grin delightedly at this.

** It's noteworthy that Moses, who is TheStoic, gets even ''more'' stoic and expressionless in his first encounter with Hi-Hatz, and does not show any reaction ''at all'' when Hi-Hatz gives him some drugs to sell and tell Moses that he works for him. When back with his gang, they all congratulate him on what they see as moving up in the criminal hierarchy, and Moses actually gives a rare smile. It's likely that he is fully aware of how dangerous and unpredictable Hi-Hatz is, and it's best to stay very low-key around him. If you pay attention to Hi-Hatzs' other mooks, they seem to have this attitude as well.

* BuffySpeak: You can thank him for coining the term “Big alien gorilla-wolf motherfuckers” to describe the aliens.

* NonActionGuy: Biggz doesn’t carry a weapon and doesn’t have a bike, which means the other gang members have to carry him everywhere.

* SuperPersistentPredator: They chase down the boys through the block and manage to find them despite there being hundreds of rooms in the building! [[spoiler:Turns out they were following the scent of the female alien that Moses killed.]]

* ActionSurvivor: She's not physically capable as other Block residents but she manages to survive and even to kill an alien attacking Moses.
