* In the first game, Sora's speech, just before [[spoiler: getting his keyblade back from Riku, was pretty awesome. He knows that the guy could kill him with a single hit of this baby, but he keeps standing there, saying something along the lines of: "I need no weapon, except for my heart!" Probably, the keyblade thinks the same as him, since that speech actually "persuades" it to ditch Riku and return to Sora.]] And if you don't think that it's a moment of awesomeness in the game, it definitely is in the manga, [[spoiler: [[http://www.mangafox.com/manga/kingdom_hearts/c037/15.html with a big frame of Sora, saying the last words of his speech, while the keyblade materializes in his hands]].]]

*** In ''Birth By Sleep'', he [[spoiler: saves Aqua's life when Vanitas, possesing Ven, attempts to stab her, and Mickey uses his Keyblade to stop Vanitas' Keyblade just as it's mere INCHES away from Aqua's heart.]]

** Terra: [[spoiler: His final showdown with Master Xehanort. Even when the twisted old man posesses his body, Terra proves he's not so easily beaten when his discarded armor get up and silently starts fighting with what's left of his strength.]]

Ventus literally de-frosts himself with his anger, summons his keyblade, and shows Vanitas no mercy.]]

** Aqua: When Cinderella obviously finds the boss of the Castle of Dreams...the evil carriage, [[spoiler: Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters are just standing there smiling as it tries to firebomb Cinderella...only a firebomb lands right in front of them and you hear them scream as they [[KillItWithFire burn to death]]. YAAAAAY TAKE THAT WICKED STEPSISTERS!!! HOW'S '''''THAT''''' FOR YEARS OF ABUSE AND FORCED SERVITUDE TOWARDS CINDERELLA? Obviously simply having eyes removed wasn't good enough knowing they'd be warm for the rest of their lives!!!]]
*** As mentioned above [[spoiler:Aqua single-handedly creates Castle Oblivion. This place was the whole mysterious setting of CoM and it's almost a mindfuck when you learn that it was Aqua who created it. She modified a whole world!]]
*** Another thing about Aqua: Gameplay-wise, [[spoiler: she canonically beats ''both'' of the other main character's final bosses. Hell, she took on Ventus's twice! ''And'' she beat the other MemeticBadass, Vanitas, three times, with the last one being when he is in possession of the ultimate weapon!]]
** Vanitas has some impressive Crowning Dialogue of Awesome, though some of it may also count as Nightmare Fuel. Among the greatest examples for him is this: "In that case, I'll choke the life out of your friends. ''Then'' let's see how long you play the pacifist.
* Am I the only one who raised an eyebrow when Roxas, after he awakened his power to Dual Wield[[KingdomHearts358DaysOver2 Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days]], first made use of the ability [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mk80KQ9MXtU by summoning one Kingdom Key with a slash downward movement of his arm, and then summoning the other just the same, only to raise them up slowly above his head almost robotically with a resounding clang, and turning them to Oathkeeper and Oblivion respectively in a flash of light?]] The fact that he acted as if he ''knew'' he was going to one-hit KO everything didn't help...though that's always the vibe he gives when he's pimping out the cloak and is hooded.
* Roxas's [[spoiler: ManipulativeBastard status in [=~Kingdom Hearts coded~=]]]. Makes you wonder if it was just the Data, or the kid ''really'' has it in him.
* "There's no way you're taking Kairi's Heart!" This moment, for me, was the most awesome moment in the first KH game.
* YourMilageMayVary, but I thought the scene where Terra is watching his home world being destroyed was pretty freakin' sweet. Not because the world itself was being destroyed (that's sad), but with the way the camera shook while he was just watching made the scene look intense.
* '''Ven''': "My friends are my power, and I'm theirs!" (He then proceeds to rush into a battle that he know he will not make out of alive, regardless of victory)
** Gee, now where does that phrase sound familiar? Replaying KH (and [=KH2=], as well) and hearing ''Sora'' say that, and knowing where it comes from (as spoiled by Tv Tropes for me) is quite awesome indeed.

*** Another thing about Aqua: Gameplay-wise, [[spoiler: she canonically beats ''both'' of the other main character's final bosses. Hell, she took on Ventus's twice! ''And'' she beat the other MemeticBadass, Vanitas, three times]]. Aqua may be the most badass hero the game has ever made.

* THOUSAND HEARTLESS BATTLE. You'd think Sora and co. [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere would run away]], but no! You get to take out '''1000''' of the little bastards as a boss fight. This troper was just really impressed by Sora running into the melee so quickly and confidently.

*** A recent trailer for ''Birth by Sleep'' has Ventus finishing the exact same speech (Though the only part seen in the trailer is "My friends are my power!"). A CMoA is sure to happen.

*** Heartless Sora in general once you think about it. His will was so powerful even the power of absolute darkness couldn't supress his heart.

** YMMV. Some bleeding heart Vexen fans found that more of a Dethroner, but whatever...

** Gee, now where does that phrase sound familiar? Replaying KH1 (and 2, as well) and hearing ''Sora'' say that, and knowing where it comes from (as spoiled by TvTropes for me) is quite awesome indeed.
