* Almost every time [[NewJobEpisode Donald starts a business by himself]], he'll do something awesome (that inevitably feeds in his ego until he goes overboard and screws himself over).
** An especially amazing incident is his time as an explosive expert. We see him collapsing a building with no collateral damage other than ''two pebbles landing out of the lot'' or any shockwave (in a neaby house a man was making a house of cards. It didn't collapse, and his wife didn't tell him what just did that noise because he knew he'd have never believed it), ''bake'' (there's a famous baker that regularly hires him), and clear a path through a forest without scaring the animals thanks to some special explosives. It's only when he finds an ancient oak too tough for base explosives right on his path that he gets mad and screws himself over
** Another instance was his time as a shoemaker, with a month being enough for him to recoup the initial expenses thanks to the sheer creativity and versatility of his custom shoes. He was already Duckburg's best shoemaker when Scrooge and Rockerduck engage in a hi-tech shoe business rivalry and force him to close down... At least until [[AwesomeButImpractical the low battery life of their shoes and the size of the support batteries drive all their customers away]] - right back to Donald, who's the only shoemaker in Duckburg skilled enough to turn those hi-tech shoes into [[SimpleYetAwesome normal high-quality shoes]]. This is also a rare occasion where the story ends with Donald turning a profit out of his business venture.
** Generally, every time Donald gets a new job and becomes proficient in it in record time. When he decided to become a bodyguard on a whim, he became the best of the agency in a couple weeks in spite of his trainer trying to sabotage him on purpose. When Scrooge tricked him into learning how to be a butler under the guise of self control lessons, he became good enough to hold his own at a millionaire event in a month (why Scrooge tricked him in the first place: he had given Quackmore a few vacation days right before some business partners announced they'd visit right when Quackmore was away. And since Donald was looking for ways to keep his temper in check, he had Quackmore and his teacher give him lessons). And as a coin polisher, he's universally considered the ''best in the world''

* In his fourth story Paperinik finds out everybody believes him to be a robot Scrooge created to advertise his wax museum (Scrooge ''had'' used a Paperinik robot to advertise that museum in the previous Paperinik story, but that was using Paperinik's own infamy, [[InsaneTrollLogic and from that a group of scientists determinated Paperinik was the robot all along]]). How does he reveal once and for all that he's not a robot? Easy: he ''crashes a party attended by the whole population of Duckburg'' while Scrooge is in jail for a theft Paperinik had committed earlier in the story (in fact Rockerduck had thrown the party to celebrate Scrooge getting jailed), terrifies everyone with a ray gun ''made of chocolate'', gets the judge to admit he's not a robot and that Scrooge is innocent, commits the theft again with nobody daring to stop him, [[KickTheSonOfABitch kicks Gladstone in the pool for celebrating the jailing of a relative]], and, before leaving, forces Rockerduck to eat the gun.

* [[https://youtu.be/rfB9j4jblWI "Trombone Trouble"]] has Donald tormented and mocked by Pete [[DreadfulMusician "playing"]] his trombone all through the night. As luck would have it, however, Pete's "playing" has also managed to upset another pair of guys you ''really'' don't want to piss off: Zeus and Vulcan! The two supercharge Donald "just a little" to act as the instrument of their divine wrath, and what follows is practically a Donald Duck PowerFantasy made real.

* And then, there's the [[Recap/DuckTales2017S1E24TheShadowWarPartIITheDayOfTheDucks season 1 finale]]. After a few complications with due to his voice, Gyro gives him the Barksian voice modulator which equips Donald with the voice of Creator/DonCheadle. He even uses a BatmanGambit by telling the kids to stay put, knowing full well that they will disobey him and find a way to sneak in undetected. Still, when the kids are surrounded by the Shadow Army, guess who shows up to save them? After sending the kids off to free Scrooge, he takes on the shadow army himself. For extra points of awesome, one of the shadowclones has the Gizmoduck-armour. Yes. In an OffscreenMomentOfAwesome Donald takes on the Gizmoduck-suits barehanded, and ''wins''.
** The Shadow-army scene doubles as a Crowning Moment Of Heartwarming as well if you compare Donalds war-cry to the one he used in Daytrip of Doom. This time he shouts out "[[PapaWolf Get away from my kids]]!" Not boys, not nephews. Kids! [[LikeASonToMe Because Webby is part of the family]].
