has decided to turn this into a criticism trope with In-Universe Examples Only.
the Dance In The Vampire Bund entry is funny. Could the problem be that people tried to read it but were turned off half way though the first issue by the naked 12-year old(don't care what Her real age is). And that's this entire article's problem, Tropers are naming legit complaints about the show and then saying "It's not a big deal too Me, They must not have watched it"

What kind of BS is "No complaining about complaining?"
That's the whole point of the page. Plus, it might convince some Hate Dumb of the series listed that "Wow, this sort of thing really is sturpid. I should actually read/watch/play/whatever this thing before mouthing about it."
We are never about complaining. Except maybe in Darth Wiki. This just defines a trope. We're not soliciting — or interested in — anyone's complaints.

You're working under the preconception that any example of this trope is by definition a complaint. It's a reasonable assumption, given that the name and most of the usage of the term paint the trope itself in a negative light. However, tropes are not bad still applies.
I'll take as an example the first entry from the Films section:
- All notoriously bad modern movies. Every single one. Few people saw Gigli, Battlefield Earth, Catwoman or any of Uwe Boll's movies (and most professional movie reviewers had to), but everybody makes fun of them.
Now, it's certainly possible to interpret the above as a complaint. If one is of the belief that a movie's quality is entirely in the eye of the beholder, as it were, and that the opinions of reviewers and other customers are meaningless and/or inapplicable, then complaining about or making fun of Gigli, In the Name of the King, or Battlefield Earth (over quality, rather than scientology) would be unjustified. However, if one considers such a movie to be an Acceptable Target (or the film meta-equivalent), then pointing this out would no longer be a complaint.
In summary, if Tropes Are Not Bad, then mentioning tropes is not complaining. Also, any notable aversions, subversions, parodies or other in-universe examples could by no means be considered complaining, although I realize very few have been posted as yet. Perhaps an instruction to focus on non-complaint examples such as these would be preferable to simply forbidding examples on this page. In any event, having a discussion about the issue would seem to be preferable to individual action, and far preferable to an edit war.

Well as stated in the description, if a well known Wall Banger actually happened, you don't have to watch the show to know it's a wall banger.

It would seem that in-universe examples (the entire premise of the South Park movie, for instance) would be the most defensible type of entry for this page.

No, as it's still complaining from ignorance. You'd have to be sure the complaining point is still true, even if it's asking about it or getting a bootleg or import.

Isn't it supposed to be in-universe only? The MLP one is not in-universe.
