It is a deep seated reference to a self referential cycle of detraction to inner turmoil of the above poster, as evidenced by the aghast expression and distant, almost surly expression of the avatar. Its lifelessness and colorless skin is particularly showing of poor health, or idealization of beauty which denote an obsession with it, clearly pointing out to this solitude within the above poster's soul, whereas the book is here as a representative. A stand-in for paraphernalia of similar interests of this idealized persona that copes with the representation the above poster seems to quibble with, or rather, not quibble with as it stand there looking in front of us, daring you to embellish the tawdry lack of frames with our words of encouragement, sympathy, or mere invitation. It is a cry out for warmth despite theblue, cold and white colors of the avatar that give a chilling sensation to stare at, only solidified by the crystalline color of the soul-staring eyes, peering and searching within the above poster like a silent reprehension for his choice, an eternal reminder that loms above their head.
