The first mall ever built by the company that's now the largest mall developer and owner in the US is closing on April 1.
I actually went there yesterday (Mounds Mall in Anderson, Indiana). It certainly didn't feel like a mall that would not be open two weeks from now.

Note this is different from the largest MALL in the USA (Mall of America) which is in Minnesota.
Considering that this one looked fairly well kept and still had a few stores left in it, and the other one I went to that day was a nearly pitch black hallway leading to a single shoe store...
