Thing is, there are much more powerful abilities than simply "raw power".
Hell, even Alucard might beat him. In an endless battle, I'm sure Goku is going to give in before Alucard.
TTGL wouldn't even be a fight. It's over a hundred times bigger than the Milky Way galaxy.
Goku can just destory the plant their on, making it an instant win for him as he can survive the plant's explosion and Alucard can't. Seriously, unless your name is Haruhi Suzumiya or a memeber of the Gurren Lagann brigade then your not beating a DBZ character EVER.
Alucard can live through anything. It's canon. Literally.
The question is, can Alucard breathe in space?
I'll have to be fair and say Ranma in a straight-up fight, despite wanting Haruna to win. Though H. did train with Ku Fei,R. is a harem protagonist and thus Made of Iron, giving him the edge on toughness. He'll have to get close-in before she summons a fighter, but even then he could dodge the attack. *reads Character Sheet* Okay,he puts Ku Fei to shame. Supersonic? Super-Strength? He'd give Negi trouble.
Now,if Haruna had been informed of the boy's weaknesses beforehand, she'd just summon an orientation-flipped Ryoga and sic him on Ranma.
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.@melloncollie
Being undead does Alucard actually need to breathe?

Regardless of Alucard's invincibility, being stranded in space = losing. Kind of what happens in Jojos Bizarre Adventure.
Someone (probably Mapi) mentioned kendo? What about Rei vs. Tamaki (Tama's not actually a captain, but is more than good enough to be one)?
I hope you get tiny bits of eggshell in all your omelettes for the rest of your life!I know, but it's still a valid point.
Hm? Saiyans can't breathe in space in canon. Goku dies if he does that.
He can Teleport to another planet.
Oh well, Post-Schrodinger Alucard is literally "everywhere and nowhere".
And can do exactly nothing for 30 years.
Also...
Mister good guy, pure-hearted, "A demon couldn't even use his evil against him because he had none" Goku blowing up the earth just to win a fight? Really? <<
Touch him, teleport to some random wasteland planet, destroy planet, teleport out.
Same difference.
Err... Instant Transmission requires someone alive at the other side. He can't do that to a wasteland planet. He'd have to damn at least one innocent to use that plan.

And Alucard can do it without that little rule. Not that it would bother him...
If it's SSJ3 Ichigo, he wins. Other than that, Naruto.

^^ Winner: Sanji. Throws together some pork ramen and two of the combatants lose interest entirely; Ichigo shrugs and pulls up a chair, grumbling.

A True Lady's Quest - A Jojo is You!I was thinking of Hei and Ling (depowered for both)- two Chinese People with Charles Atlas Superpower. I think Hei would probably win because while both fight pretty dirty, Hei's a lot more willing to kill, although Ling's probably faster and a better fighter.

HodorYukari wins. Border of winning and losing. I don't care if she's not an entrant.
It's fairly rare for a power scale to reach the point where being able to destroy a planet is no big deal, unless the cast happens to have Reality Warper powers, which is more going sideways on the power scale than going up. Or at least, I'm not aware of very many that go that high.
