8/10. Could probably kill me, someone stronger than me, someone at his own skill level, and/or the Best Boss Ever, but is not as destructive as a Kaiju, a Giant Mecha, or an Eldritch Abomination.
Pandas are pretty strong, but it seems like she'd attack only in a Mama Bear fashion here, so not very dangerous.
