We should come to some consensus about which ones are bad before just cutting all of them. Some of these pages are valid tropes, and just need a good description to replace their current Real Life natter.

EDIT: Done. In addition to the ones we've agreed to cut, I'd also like to call a quick vote on whether or not to nuke the following:
- The Handicapped and the Helper: Duplicate of Handy Helper.
- Our Gremlins Are Different: I still think this is a duplicate of Griping About Gremlins, but with no information about what a gremlin actually is.
- Pinching Pain: Chairs.
- Suspiciously Similar Outfit: Duplicate of Dresses the Same.

I would be liberal in choosing what to cut. Only a few of the articles linked in the OP are worth having at all. (And are you going to work on them? I'm not... this has been about getting Cave Cat to fix them, I thought.) If afterward there really is something missing from the catalog, someone else might make an article about it again, anyway. Ideally, someone who understands what this site means by the word "trope".
For example: cut, cut all four of those, no question. I think the line is way further in.

Alright, someone else is going to have to change all the Feud Episode links to Break-Up/Make-Up Scenario, because there's over 100 and I can only do so much tedious work in one sitting. That, or we could make Feud Episode a redirect as a stopgap measure.

Blessed Are The Cheesemakers is a confused mess. Laconic is The Same But More Specific for Trademark Favorite Food (according to a mod I asked), while the rest is treated as chairs. Thus, I nominate that trope for the list.
As for the Stock Phrases in @235, Dive! Dive! Dive! and But This Is Ridiculous definitely need to go. Timber! could be reworked; I think there is a trope in there somewhere...

This thread is for dealing with a specific group of tropes created by one user. You'd have to take that one to the TRS once the large backlog is cleaned up.

What's ironic is that there actually is a thread about it on TRS, but the mods won't open it 
We do have permission to nuke articles directly from here if there's a significant consensus. Speaking of which, I just dewicked and cutlisted Bonus Points and am in the middle of handling But This Is Ridiculous. The shit I do when I'm trying to put of homework. Unfortunately it is now 5 in the morning. If someone could please pick up on But This Is Ridiculous and keep going from there, I'd appreciate it.
EDIT: Oh, and we can probably stick Gives A Whole New Meaning on the to-do list as well.

I would have thought But This Is Ridiculous had all the marking of a proper trope, and not just a stock phrase. It is descriptive of specific situations, after all.

It should probably be put through YKTTW then to be revamped and refined. I'm going to finish up the dewick.
EDIT: I think it should be pointed out that this seems to be a Pothole Magnet from the wicks, and violates our No New Stock Phrases rule regardless.

Bonus Points and But This Is Ridiculous are both gone, but are still blue because the Laconic pages still exist (they're currently waiting to be cutlisted).
Dive! Dive! Dive!, Incoming!, NOT!, and Timber! appear to have been created years ago before the No New Stock Phrases rule was put into place. Do we have the authority to cut those?

A good stock phrase can stand on its own; a bad one shouldn't have been made in the first place, No New Stock Phrases or no. Entries that consist solely of times a character says a phrase should never have gotten past YKTTW. That being said, we shoukd probably return our focus to Cave Cat's creations.

The Handicapped and the Helper and Pinching Pain still exist even though the OP says they're cutlisted.
From a cursory glance of the final list, Cobweb Trampoline, Exorcist Head, and Improvised Catapult sound like they can potentially be salvaged. Most of the rest don't seem like they're tropeworthy to me (though Recognizeable By Sound might be another trope that we already have).

Looking at the OP list, here are my thoughts on those:
- Running into the Window can stay, I think, since some instances are plot-relevant.
- Jump Rope Antics doesn't seem that appealing, so it could go if no one objects.
- Knew It All Along is definitely chairs, so that can go.
- Obnoxious Snarker can stay, since it appears to differentiate itself from other snarker tropes.
The rest I'm not sure on.
