So tropers, what are some of the cruelest things that you have done in a video game while playing?

Selling former slave Fenris back to his slave master Danarius in Dragon Age II.

Releasing some of my Pokemon in Pokemon Y.

Killing normal enemies in cruel ways in games with over the top finishers?

Minecraft- child villager mob grinder

j/k, I didn't do that, but I did make an Iron Golem mob grinder, blaze mob suffocator, and a regular Mob grinder.

There's a cut mission for the GLA in Command & Conquer: Generals called Black Sheep that was only released six years after the release of the game.

It requires you to kill a (fairly large) quota of civilians. Why? Not because they're taking your precious, precious UN aid, but to "make an example of them". And they must be killed with chemical/biological weapons.

There's a pharmeucetical factory in the middle of the map, which like every other such factory in the game releases a huge plume of poison when destroyed. Guess what was my "finishing move"?

Destroying your PC, then shouting "What have I turned into???"

Suck the life out of little sisters in Bioshock

Blew up Megaton.

Granted, it was during a second playthrough to see what would happen in the quest paths I didn't pick the first time. But still.

All actions regarding negative karma in inFAMOUS.

Things that stand out in my mind despite having not played it since around the time it came out: forcing some random schmuck to open the thing and get hit with mind control muck instead of me, forsaking six innocent doctors to save Trish when she was with the six doctors to begin with, and oh yeah, activating the Ray Sphere a second time, murdering countless innocent people just to further increase my own power.

I told Maggie's dad to fuck off.

All sorts of Dark Side things in any number of Star Wars RP Gs. Funny, in any game where I'm managing a population, like Fortress Mode I'm as benevolent as possible, but get me in an individual body, and I can be completely nasty. I've depopulated villages in DF Adventure Mode before.

Back in my Call of Duty days, I was playing with a friend in Hardcore mode. He was going ham on everyone, and was one kill away from a Tactical Nuke.

So I shot him in the face.

In Overlord, I took the Mother Goddess statue for myself.

Personally I considered it payment for sparing the elven women.

Murdered the entire town of Megaton. Every non-respawning NPC. Without blowing up the bomb.

Runner-up would be letting even one of my Chao go from the Chao Garden in Sonic Adventure 2.

Cruelest would be either making sure I do fatalities on bad guys in fighting games that allow them or torture them in games like The Punisher. Or if the character I'm playing is that style act like a dick towards, say, Cerberus. Not to good guys, but bad guys I'm as cruel as the game allows me to be.

Maybe leaving Atris to be tortured by the Sith Holocrons. That was as cold blooded as I can remember being. Tried taking dark side evil paths in games and didn't care for it.

I shot Vulpes Inculta in the back of the head in Fallout New Vegas.
