Can the Princess Luna page be deleted? She barely has her own voice, it's just normal writing in the first person. On the other hand, I am fine with character pages in general, as long as they have their own voice.
Just another day in the life of Jimmy NutrinGlue factory, post-haste.
Especially considering the very first entry specifically says "A common fan-interpretation" which is always a horrible, horrible sign.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Apparently there was a short-lived Captain Kirk article that decided to be too accurate and didn't use Shatner's infamous speech patterns, even pointing it out, thus making it unworthy. It's kinda sad, a Kirk page written entirely in Shatnerese would be hilarious.
A while ago, I made a page for Jangles from Inside Out. I thought it was great at the time, but now, I don't like it at all. Can we please delete it?
As to why I hate it: It's not really interesting. He doesn't have any unique speech patterns aside from being a Large Ham. Also, he doesn't have much of a personality: He's basically a Monster Clown who is convinced that he's a Non-Ironic Clown. Also, I think my writing in general for the page was just... bad.
If I remember correctly, the page was deleted at one point, and I was angry about it because, like I said, I thought it was great. It was later restored. Guys, if I made you feel like you had to keep my page, then I am really sorry.
But before we delete the page, if there are any tropes I wrote on the page that aren't listed in the Inside Out Characters page, can we move them there? Also, the one thing I do like about the page is the caption. Can we move that to the Characters page too?
"Humans and robots living together in harmony and equality. That was my ultimate wish."Doesn't appear to have a distinct voice to make it worth keeping.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? Not to mention, browsing the examples, they're truly truly awful. So many of them are Audience Reactions or Fan Interpretations that it's not even useful as a character sheet that happens to be in first person.
... also, never played Kid Icarus Uprising, but is she a Valley Girl in that? I assumed she'd have a noble tone, at least.

She's weird. I'd say less Valley Girl and more than she uses a rather informal language, but she can act like an actual goddess at times. A lot of it comes from her voice, though, which isn't that easy to replicate in text.
As it is, it's still relatively accurate, and I find that the tropes paint a good picture of her as a character.
Check out my fanfiction!Capturing a tone that is "rather informal, but can sometimes sound a bit formal" is... kind of quintessentially not really distinct.
She's got a pretty complete character sheet already. Don't see the need for this, especially since it's chock full o' Audience Reactions to boot.

Anyone else?

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?It has been noted that many S-D articles resemble nothing so much as people's fanfic.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"... it's a little bit of a fanfic. All the quotes, the entries One Of Us, Foil, Lightning Bruiser, Crack Pairing, etc. are closer to the stuff of fics than fact.

Check out my fanfiction! That's not exactly helping your argument.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I'm just not a fan of double standards.
Check out my fanfiction!A lot of the self demonstrating character pages have already been, and will continue to be, cut for being about a fanfic conglomeration instead of the original character.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Yeah, that's... not so much a double standard as it's a matter of not bothering to enforce it until it comes up. Duck, you've been around long enough to know "I see this mistake other places" is no excuse for us to ignore it this time.
Anyone else want to comment on whether the page should stay or go? If it does wind up staying, I'm going to trim a bunch of tropes that are audience reactions or written as such, which would improve the page somewhat... but I still don't think the page has a distinct voice.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. That page is almost a perfect example of why these pages tend to be a problem. Chop it.
Kill that page with fire. It's just a pointless fan interpretation, not what the pages need to be, which is actually based upon an official interpretation of the character, including their own distinct voice.
Hm.
So, on a lark I decided to check out another Nintendo SD page... I think it might be problematic.
Captain Falcon. It's got a distinct voice. Oh hell yes. However... I think it's all fanon, in-jokes, and memes. In fact, it's incredibly far off from his canon personality in the F Zero games. Even assuming this is purely a page for the SSB version of the character, a lot of it is basically fan interpretation and exaggeraton (Distaff Counterpart to Samus? Really?!?). The truth is the SSB version of the character doesn't have enough lines to have a voice to really fill a page, other than peppering every line with one of the lines he makes when he attacks (which... is exactly what the page does. YESZ!).

Check out my fanfiction!x2 Kill it.
I honestly agree. It's way more trouble than it's worth.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?
Yes, all links should point to the Comic Book page unless there's some reason that they should point to the SD version on a page.
